Levi casually entered the hideout, many bullets and shattered glass were visible on the ground. There was even blood here and there.

He heard someone shouting inside, "Damn it! Those fucking cops... They always have to ruin my day."

"Chill man, we managed to push'em back so it's all good now." A voice tried to calm the man.

"Shut the fuck up Tommy! Instead of talking, put more energy into packing. We need to leave this shithole asap! Mike, put those in that box and take the cash..." The man snapped at the other one.

"Yes, boss..."

Levi was not impressed as he silently entered the hall of the hideout, he saw 7 people quickly taking all they could from the cocaine around them and shoving it into bags. He even saw loads of cash just lying around.

One of them spotted him and quickly took out a gun and aimed at him, "Guys, we have a guest."

They all turned to look at Levi warily, "And who might you be? A Cop?" One of them asked.

A 40-year-old man that seemed to be the boss snapped at him, "You think a cop would come here like that?! Retard!"

The boss turned to observe Levi and smirked, "It's just a kid, he might be lost. Hey, kid, get the fuck out of here." He shooed Levi away and paid him no mind.

"Boss he saw our faces and the drugs..." said Tommy, a skinny young man. The boss froze as he turned to look at Levi again, "Shit, you are right. I was so focused I forgot. Damn it! Kill him, john."

The one who had the gun aimed at Levi fired without hesitation.

He watched them all and was not impressed at all, 'To gain control of this world, I need someone ruthless but loyal to me to gain control of the governments as I deal with the heroes and other elements personally. I just need a promising seed and have him do all the work... I don't think any of these people have the potential. I should test them though...'

The reason he wanted to do that was that he wanted as many humans alive at the time of delivery. He knew that by conquering the world by force, the governments might use nukes and turn the world into a nuclear wasteland and kill everyone. Making him lose hundreds of thousands of bonus points... Only through corruption and infiltration from the shadows was it possible to control the world.

He turned to look at the one that was firing at him, 'Let's see how they will react if I kill the boss, he is too careless and thus disqualified.'

His thought process was very fast, the man named John had only managed to fire twice before Levi dashed toward the boss and his hand instantly pierced through the latter's chest.

"WHA..." The boss managed to barely say before Levi tossed his body to the side, he was holding the man's heart in his palm. 'The blood is annoying...' Levi thought.

"WHAT THE FUCK?!" Screamed one of them, the others were frozen in shock. Levi observed what they would do carefully. The ones who were frozen in fear failed his test immediately.

However, he noticed one of them taking a bag that was half-filled with cash and ran away without hesitation. 'Good... Let's see what he will do if I chase him...'

Levi picked up a nearby gun and in the meantime, the ones left in the hall opened fire on him in fear. Alas, it was pointless, he just ignored it all.

Levi calmly aimed the gun after loading it and shot them one by one. In a manner of seconds, they were all dead. 'My clothes didn't get bloodier, this is better.'

He then ran after the man who had escaped. He quickly caught up to him and aimed his gun.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

He didn't get to hit his target even once, he sighed as he crushed the gun in his hand and tossed it aside, 'My aiming skill is not good at all. At least the guy didn't look back and just ran as fast as he could.'

He followed the man to the roof, there he cornered him and asked with a smile, "Now what?"

The man looked around nervously as he aimed his gun at Levi, "Stay back, freak!"

Levi asked in confusion, "How is that gun gonna help? What is your plan? Didn't you see it was ineffective against me earlier?"

The man panicked as he fired a dozen shots right in Levi's face before stopping, he suddenly let out a howl and jumped down from the roof. He had lost his mind due to the stress.

Levi walked to the edge and watched as the man collapsed on the ground after the fall, he was dead. He shook his head ' A pity, he Failed... I guess I have to search more...' He took all the cash in the building, set it on fire, and walked away.

And thus began his search. He found every criminal he could by walking in the shady streets of vegas with lots of cash in his hand. Everyone who attacked him was held by the throat and questioned for more info and then tested. Failure meant death, he burnt all the bodies.

In a manner of hours, he killed more than 40 people, and yet no one caught his eye.

"I give up..." He murmured as he watched the city from the top of the stratosphere tower, it was night again and the view was great. He had spent an entire day searching with no success, he was frustrated.

Levi opened the pizza box beside him and took a slice then began eating in silence. 'Maybe I should go about it in another way? Now that I think about it, isn't it better to just make hydra mine? The structure is already there, it could very well rule the world, taking over them should be simple since I know who they are...'

He realized a fact, 'It shouldn't be that easy though, just forcing the higher-ups to follow me won't work. They will never serve me just because of power, or they might... It is better to make them contact me themselves and ask me to lead them. But how do I do that?'

He took another slice and continued thinking, 'Let's leave that aside for now, I have no clue as to how and I am wasting time. I should first take care of the defenders of the world. Let's start by making a threat list...'

He quickly finished the slice then picked a bag he had taken from a poor mugger and took out a paper and a pen that were already there.

He pondered deeply, 'One of the most dangerous beings that keep tabs on earth are Asgardians, I don't know how I would fare against Thor but Odin is definitely very dangerous, this is number 1.'

He wrote it down and continued, 'The Eternals and possibly celestials could become a problem, I know for sure that they exist since there was going to be a movie about them and Eson the searcher was shown by the collector in guardians of the galaxy, not to mention Ego. But the celestials won't bother me if I just conquer the earth, the Eternals will definitely fight me though... they are number 2.'

He put down the paper and ate another slice then resumed, 'There are no X-men so that's a good thing. Then number 3 will be Kamar-taj and all the wizards there, Sorcerer supreme is going to be a problem since I don't know how resistant to magic I am.'

'Number 4 will be Wakanda since their technology is high-level, they might figure some things out if they get their hands on my DNA. I must be very cautious.'

'Number 5 will be the Avengers, the most notable enemy will be Hulk... I will just throw him into the sun if it comes down to it. I need to stay wary of Tony Stark and his tech... should I just kill him now? No, it is too high-profile a move that will impact the timeline and it will attract the attention of the ancient one. I am not ready now.'

'Number 6, the humans and their armies like shield and etc. plus everything else...'

He finished the last slice as he looked at the list, 'I need to finish it before Thanos comes here or gets the infinity stones, the 50% chance of death is not appealing at all. but how do I go about this?'

He stroked his chin as he looked at the sky, 'I need to get more powerful, that's for sure since the more power I have the greater my chance of success. I can't have too much power... But how do I get stronger? By aging which is not helpful since I have 10 years at most...'

He suddenly smiled as he remembered something, 'Divide and conquer, that is it. As for power, my body should easily be able to handle 1 infinity stone and with it, I should be able to handle anything that comes in my way...'

A plan began taking form in his mind, 'What I need is the power stone, since I don't know how to find my way in space I can't start looking for it yet but I know where it is. With it, I should be able to face the Asgardians, Eternals, and the sorcerer supreme. I will figure out how to get it later.'

'The most important thing is patience, I see what I should do now...' He smiled as he began planning. The entire night was spent scheming on how he was going to complete his quest. He made several plans...

The next day, he smiled confidently as he entered the streets again.
