Chapter 1: A Life So Beautiful

It's raining heavily, and there was a girl, she was running with tons of books soaking wet just like her. She stops in front of this majestic Church.

The gates opens up for her as she continues to run as fast as she can when she was stroke by a lightning and died. Everyone in that village heard every bit of what had happened to the poor girl and dared to not go near the wrecked old church that was built way back then and was destroyed by…. Nothing.

People believes in all kinds of creatures and feared them, but the most feared one, is the witch. History has it that back then, their country was harshly attacked by just one witch. The church protected the country at those times and successfully scared the witch away.

No one has an evidence what had happened to the Church but believed and IS believing, that the witch had resented the church and wrecked it without the knowledge of people.

Everyone in the village knew that even the church was wrecked it's always there to help them. So they still praised and prayed for its protection until they found out a girl has been killed when she, herself, entered the gates of the church, The church is now not Holy, but it is now Cursed.

We, humans, have different opinions and understanding of things. But also because of that, we we're too fast to judge someone or something.

It is already evening and everyone is asleep, came running a girl in the halls while being chased. She heads towards this open window big enough too fit her. She then jumps through the window and whistles very loud and a broom came flying towards her.

She was hit on the forehead by the broom.

" Esmeralda! Come back here!!..". the person behind her shouts as she flew far away from the place.

Later on, she checked behind her if she was still being followed. She looked and there wasn't anything so then, she pulls the tip of the broom up above. The broom obeyed and it was flying above the clouds. The moon was seen clear as water as she stares while smiling dearly.

She then moves the tip up, down, and roundabout. She was having so much fun and decided to roam around a village.

She finds a random village and went down to take a walk.

The village was already in a deep sleep and it was silent, she gets off her broom and takes a walk around the village and was amazed how just with a limited people, they could build their own homes.

She was there, walking alone, mesmerized by the crafts the people in the village made themselves.

(" I wish I could live here.. ") a thought that crosses her mind every time she goes around villages by villages.

She then sits by a fountain to rest when she saw a magical golden thread spring across her sight. The thread begins to go around her like its playing with her.

She then rose from sitting and touched the thread by a tap and the thread suddenly turned dark red and to her surprise, the thread wrapped itself around the girl's body that she couldn't move.

" undo! " then snaps her finger. It didn't work still after a few more tries. A woman came down from the clouds with a broom and when she got down, she walks towards the girl.

" Esmeralda, dear, you still don't know how to undo this spell? "

The woman then strokes esmeralda's hair and pats her. Esmeralda then shook her head "that is a Q spell, virgin Clea, you weren't even here and the academy only taught a D spell " then looks at her with disappointment.

" come on, let this slide. I had to do things. " she said as she starts pulling the other end of the thread. " now, I promise, I will train you and at the same time, we'll have a tour this time. " whistles to call for her broom and gets on.

The broom then lifts up with Clea on and Esmeralda hanging. " I don't know why but i still don't know how you're a pervert and a virgin at the same time virgin clea"

" do you want me to let go of the thread? Little esme? " then smiles as she looks at her. " how did you even have permission from annoying grandpork? " then takes off. " she is my mother, but why grandpork though? " she says with a grin as she ties the thread around her wrist. ("I shouldn't have said that..")

Esmeralda and Clea was already heading to their destination when they heard a laugh.

" undo " esmeralda then snaps her finger. Then a boy with this orange hair started to be revealed from toe to head. Laughing, he was sitting at the end of the broom facing the back where he can see Esmeralda.

" Chahel? " and as soon as esmeralda mentioned his name, he then stops laughing.

(" I knew I wasn't fat ") thinks Clea.

" what are you doing here? ". Chahel then stands up and walks on the thread connecting to Clea's wrist.

He walks like he's not up high towards Esmeralda. " I heard that Teacher clea was back and was given permission to deal with you earlier that afternoon, so, I used a spell to hop on and join teacher clea on finding you. Thankfully we've come this far so I cant be taken back to the academy now."

He pats esmeralda's head. " how did you even come up with grandpork? " and laughs again.

" virgin clea, don't tell me you're letting him join us. He'll just annoy us. " chahel comes back and sat at the end of the broom again and looked down at

Esmeralda grinning. " don't bother little esme, ill keep him away from bothering you. " Then takes off very fast.

Evening, and Clea, esmeralda, and chehal was already setting up a camp in the Father Forest. Clea is now fishing for fishes while chahel and Esmeralda came to the woods to gather logs and some branches.

Not speaking to each other, both of them are making the atmosphere melt because of their awkwardness.

" did you really steal the flower? " both of them stopped walking and esmeralda's brown eyes stared chahel to death.

" I didn't.. " she replied with a cold tone. " so that's why you wanted to come. Are they gonna give you a petal if you get the flower? How far can they go. "

Chahel then holds esmeralda by the arm and pins her to a tree. Both The logs and branches that they collected fell one by one to the ground. " im not doing this because of that. " she couldn't face him so She just avoided to look him in the eyes. " so they DID offer you a petal, huh? " chahel starts to stutter but even though he wanna deny it, he cant.

Slowly, he starts to let her go and steps back. " I didn't accept it. " esmeralda picks up the logs and branches. " im sure you wanted to. " then leaves him.
