Enter Paul, a young man in his nineteens, just entering the second year of college and getting ready to dive into this fantastical game, eager to have a better year at college after working out and gaining some more self-confidence. The thing is, he has social anxiety, and he’s having a really hard time socializing. Until he met Chris, perhaps his first friend in college, a slightly bratty tomgirl that only wants to poke fun at his social awkwardness, but that is his only hope to learn how to socialize. And perhaps to learn what love is. When these two souls find themselves inside the Realm of Eternal Night, Obscuritas, as both a Crippled Vampire Prince and a Half-Incubus, they will have to work together to navigate their new second lives in this virtual fantasy world full of Evil Gods, Demons, and the invasions of Eldritch monstrosities every Saturday night. Yet Fantasy Story Online is a fair game, where it gives a Flaw, it also offers a Trait, and after learning that their characters have become the reincarnations of the Heavenly Demon and the Heavenly Emperor, who once battled inside the ancient Realm of Murim, things are bound to become crazy and break every conception of what this game even was about to the other Players. How will Paul deal with the harsh, ruthless politics of the Imperial Vampire Family? And how will Chris survive this harsh world as a being who must drain the life force of others to sustain himself? And will Paul ever survive Chris' shenanigans? Who knows? Fantasy Story Online: The Crippled Vampire Prince Walks The Heavenly Demon Path

-----

The next morning arrived, and Paul woke up with a very hard morning wood. He had to rapidly go to the bathroom and take a cold shower to calm himself down. It was embarrassing to admit it, but after that whole conversation with Chris, he ended up having to take care of that problem before bed, but it seemed that even after going to sleep, all his dreams were about him.

It was as if Chris was an Incubus in real life too, manipulating him to have lewd dreams about him!

"Hahh…"

Yet after a very cold shower, Paul was able to control his manhood and calm himself down. Too many things happened, and although he was very excited to meet Chris again, life continued, and it wasn't just about that. Once he got ready, he walked to the kitchen, where his mother was cooking breakfast.

"Good morning, honey. Did you sleep well?"

"Ah, yeah, sorry about yesterday, mom; something happened in the game, and I was just unable to log out for a little while."

"Hmm, okay, well, I hope you don't miss today's dinner with your mother then; it's like the few times we get to talk and be together as mother and son, you know?"

"I know; I'm sorry. I'll explain what happened- Ah, see? Look."

As Paul was browsing the internet and social media, he quickly saw several new reports about what had happened yesterday in Fantasy Story Online, showing them to his mother.

"The first Dungeon Raid documented?" wondered his mother. "Wait, so it was because of this that you didn't log out, you brat?"

"I-It was important! Chris and I managed to film everything, and we also defeated all the bosses, which were super hard. Once we upload that online, we can earn a lot of money from donations and ad revenue," said Paul. "I hadn't told you, but we've begun playing around with that lately. I earned a few hundred with that."

"Wait, what? Does my son want to become a streamer now or something? You are not dropping college for a game; did you hear me, Paul?"

"I don't plan on dropping college, mom. Calm down... Consider it... a side job?"

"Hmm, okay, I can consider it that... You should save that money and use it for whatever you want. Then, once you start working for real, you can earn more money. Money is everything in the United States of America, my son, so never lose sight of what's important."

"Yeah, getting a good job, I know…"

Paul nodded halfheartedly, although he knew very well the struggles of his mother in her job and everything she did to keep her dream bakery working for so long.

She wanted Paul to prioritize his studies and get a good-paying job above all else. Having come from a very poor family and with the absence of a father to support them, she had singlehandedly taken care of the family.

The least he could do was get a good-paying job and show her he'd be stable for the rest of his life, which was something his mother always reminded him of.

He thought about Chris again and how he envied him a bit. The young man was born into an already slightly rich family and was already earning thousands on his web novels.

He already had his whole life done and didn't even need to try; Paul was sure that Chris was just pretending to go to college just so his parents would stop bothering him about it.

"He sure has it much easier than me…" He sighed internally.

"Anyways, here, dear, eat up! Oh right, you don't have college today?"

His mother brought a plate with scrambled eggs, bacon, and some toast with butter.

"Nah, I only go four days a week, so I have a big weekend free," said Paul. "I'll probably study a bit."

"You better do; don't let these three days just be about slacking or you'll slow down on your studies," said his mother, but he then smiled and kissed his cheek. "But you should also play that game or go out if you want; enjoy your younger years."

"Yeah, Mom, I'll try." Paul nodded, eating some toast with eggs on top and then drinking some tea. He didn't like coffee that much.

"So! Enough with that boring talk; tell me about friends or girls! Have you met someone nice yet? You talked about this Chris guy; who is he? Oh! Or maybe it's a girl?" wondered his mother, who was very excited to hear about her son's love life.

"A-Ah… well…" Paul became slightly nervous, scratching the back of his head. "Um, nah, Chris' just a guy, a friend I met this week. Didn't I tell you about him? Did you forget about him already?"

"Oh, wait, you're saying that guy that was introducing you to girls was Chris? Oh, so he's your bestie now? That's nice! So, has he helped you?" His mother wondered.

She often had her mind full of many things, so she sometimes forgot stuff.

"Yeah, he's a good friend; we play the game together too, as I said before." Paul said, blushing a bit. "And... well, I don't really have much luck with girls yet; you know how it is."

"What? Not yet? Well, you can ask him for help then! Alone is a bit hard, but if it's two guys going around pubs, maybe it could be easier." said his mother.

She honestly meant nothing bad with her words and just wanted to see her son happy with a girlfriend, or, well, she thought that's what he wanted.

Paul couldn't really tell him more than that; not even he was sure what he was, whether he was still straight, bisexual, or even... gay.

He didn't want to think about it for now, even less what his mother would ever think if he said that. His mother had always been neutral about those things, but he was unsure.

They continued chatting through the morning, and Paul told him that Chris was visiting him today; she was happy about it, of course.

"I hope he can stay till dinner then! I want to meet your new buddy!" she said. "Anyways, I got to go, honey. Take care. Don't slack off too much, okay? At least one hour of study as we talked."

"Yeah, yeah, take care, mom." Paul saw his mom quickly walk away and take her cheap-looking car to her humble bakery as Paul looked through the terrace of their apartment, sighing.

He looked at the big city, feeling slightly excited; his heart was actually racing. The more time progressed, the closer the time for him to meet with Chris became.

Before, he didn't even care, nor was he excited to meet him, but after what happened yesterday, things had changed slightly.

"We've met for so little, though—only a week?" he wondered. "I have to fix that... Maybe we should date for a while first, right?"

As he thought about those things, he only continued to grow more embarrassed.

As he was sitting on his bed with some books around after he tried his hardest to study but couldn't, suddenly he got a message from Chris.

[Chris ;3 <3]: [Hey, I'm coming~ Need me to bring something?]< strong>

[Paul]: [Oh, I don't know, what do you mean?]

[Chris ;3 <3]: [Come on, dude, like beer and snacks stuff?]< strong>

"Beer?" Paul wasn't really good at drinking alcohol either, and although Chris seemed to be slightly the same at surface level, he still offered to bring beer.

Maybe it was something normies liked doing? Paul had to learn the patterns and act casually about them with Chris, so he didn't seem like a loser.

[Paul]: [Sure, thank you.]

[Chris ;3 <3]: [Aight~ Eager to see me?]< strong>

Paul grew redder as he read that message, his heart racing even faster.

"He really loves teasing me."

As he bit his lips, he responded.

[Paul]: [Yeah, come quickly.]

He tried to be bold.

[Chris ;3 <3]: [Woah, playing it boldly now? Not bad, not bad... I'm getting closer. Get out of the door to greet me~]< strong>

Paul sprang out of the couch and ran to his door, opening it and looking around.

After just a couple of seconds, he saw Chris coming from the left corridor, carrying a bag with snacks and some cans of beer.

"Yo! How are you doing?"

"C-Chris… I'm good, and you?"

"I'm fine. So this is your little house?"

"Yeah, it's an apartment... It's not so big, but treat it as your home."

Paul invited Chris inside while trying to act casually, yet his eyes seemed glued to the figure of his friend.

This time he was wearing the same jean shorts he had seen him wearing before, which were very tight around his hips and thighs, making his legs even sexier.

Chris was also wearing black stockings and black and white sneakers, with a black blouse and a black jacket. His short, yet puffy, black hair, bright and beautiful blue eyes, and black-painted nails made him look like the cutest goth boy he had seen.

"What? Your eyes are glued to me. Like my outfit?" Chris winked at him.

"Yeah- Cough! I mean, w-what are you talking about…" Paul looked elsewhere, feeling too embarrassed after that.

"Hahah! You're too obvious, Paul; you can't really trick me~" Chris said as he closed the door behind Paul and then suddenly walked towards him.

After having left behind the bag he carried, he looked at Paul in the eyes, and without realizing it, Paul ended up stepping back all the way to the door, blushing.

Chris' hand touched his chest as his teasing smile intoxicated Paul's thoughts.

"So are we going to address what happened and what we talked about? Hm? You said you liked it?"

"W-What did I like…?"

"Don't mess with me~ You know what I'm talking about."

Chris touched his lips and then his with his index finger, delicately.

"The kiss?"

"A-Aaahh… Yeaaah, about that... Yeah, you're right. Um…"

Paul was a mess; he was stuttering and talking nonsense, but Chris was very patient and found that very cute, especially coming from such a hot, tall, and muscular stud like Paul.

"Hahah, okay, calm down, sorry! It's fine," Chris patted his head. "Let's go sit down and talk things out then. Your room? Where is it?"

"Y-You want to come to my room?"

Paul swallowed saliva in nervousness.

"Yeah, why not? I want to see how messy it is, haha!"

"It's not messy!"

Paul quickly led him inside to prove him wrong; his room was all tidied up, and he always kept it clean and nice-looking, a complete contrast to Chris' room, which was a huge mess.

"W-Wha… Okay, I take it back," laughed Chris. "You're pretty clean; I'm surprised."

"I dislike filthy places." Paul sighed. "Anyways, let's sit down... Let's talk."

"Yeah… Let's," Chris got a bit serious, too.

The two sat down on the bed, their shoulders touching each other.

"Alright so… Let's recap things a bit. So we kissed in the game and stuff, and we both liked it, right? You were okay with it?"

"Yeah, I was... I thought I was the one that went for it, but... y-you too?"

"Yep, it was mutual then... Fuck."

Chris felt slightly conflicted; Paul didn't know why, but perhaps it had to do with them kissing so soon after knowing each other.

"I'm pretty sure you're straight, right? So why did you want to kiss me?" Chris wondered, blushing. "Was it because my avatar looks a bit like a girl? Or…?"

"Um, well… I… Wait, Chris, are you bi, or...?"

"I'm gay…"

"Oh…"

"Yeeah… Sorry for never telling you that, I Well, it's pretty normal for gays to just don't address their sexuality, even less around a new male friend."

"I'm sorry about that. I would have never discriminated against you, Chris; I'm not homophobic."

"You aren't? Well, that's a relief; I had the fear you were internally a raging phobic.

"Come on, we've known each other for a little while, but I don't really give that vibe, don't I?"

"You don't, but as you said, we've only known each other for a short while; I had to be careful."

The two faced each other for a bit and then averted their gazes in embarrassment.

"So answer me the question, Paul."

"Ah, right…"

Paul started thinking but decided to just be honest.

"Actually, well, since the first day I met you, I found you cute, Chris... And over the days, I kind of started liking you, and your Avatar is even cuter, so I I'm sorry about that; I shouldn't have tried kissing you."

"Yeah, you're lucky. I was horny and also went for it, haha. But well, I guess that settles it. You like me, don't you? You like a man… You're gay, dude."

Paul grew redder as Chris touched his hand, his entire body giving a slight shiver.

"I-I'm not gay… I think I'm just bisexual. I still like women," said Paul.

"Hmmm~ Really~?" Chris kept teasing him.

Paul got slightly angry, grabbing Chris' hand, and lifting it, pushing Chris closer to him.

"A-And what about you? Why did you want to kiss me? Do you like me too, Chris? Please, be honest!"

Chris grew redder as he was asked to tell the truth as well!

"W-What are you doing, idiot? I-I…"

However, Paul's intense gaze ended up winning him over.

"Okay… I do like you, yeah! You're hot, Paul; let's admit it. Who wouldn't like a tall, Latino stud like you? It's not fair! I don't have any fault in why you're so fucking hot!"

"C-Chris…"

Paul felt even more shocked after hearing the unhinged words of his friend.

"Nobody has ever said that to me... Um, am I really hot?"

"Very~"

"Damn…"

"It's only your personality that most girls don't like; they like confident dudes. But I'm pretty patient, you know? I kind of find it cute."

"Cute? What's cute?"

"How are you and do you overreact or get a bit scared at times? Or when you get nervous and stutter, you're so cute."

Chris, at this point, was just actively flirting with him!

And both were alone, in his room.

If Paul didn't make a move, he would be pretty dumb.

"Chris!"

"Eep!"

Paul quickly pushed Chris into the bed, grabbing his hands. The two met each other's eyes, their breaths growing closer, and so did their mouths.

"C-Can I see if I'm really… If I really like guys?"

"W-What?! What are you talking about, dummy?!"

"C-Can I… C-Can I kiss you?"

"Eh?! W-Wait, that's too soon!"

"But… Please?"

"Um…"

Chris gulped saliva; he couldn't resist Paul either.

"Okay but… But one kiss, okay? We have to take it slowly, you- Hmm?!"

Before Chris could say anything else, Paul's lips started devouring his own. Their kiss wasn't at all shy and cute; it was full of passion.

Paul wouldn't stop kissing his soft, little lips, while their tongues quickly met too, licking each other, and then sucking each other's tongues lasciviously.

"Mooch, hmm~"

Chris couldn't stop kissing him, hugging him while wrapping his legs around his back, while Paul kept giving him deep, passionate kisses.

Paul was constantly indulging himself in his lust, and Chris was irresistible. He was constantly thinking about how sweet his tongue tasted and how nice he smelled.

"Hmm~ Ooh!"

Once their lips finally stopped kissing, they didn't stop. Paul forced Chris to take out his tongue, sucking and slurping it.

"P-Paul- Ah!"

Once their tongues finally separated and a small strand of saliva was left, the two looked at each other in the eyes again.

"I really like you, Chris…"

"P-Paul…"

"Can you go out with me? P-Please!"

Chris had so many thoughts inside his little head.

But the only thing he could think about at the end, when Paul was in front of him, was one.

"Okay," he said, smiling slightly. "But let's take it slow- Woah! Not there, cowboy, n-not yet!"

Chris realized Paul's hand was already touching him down there.

"S-Sorry!"

Paul quickly moved back, as the two were finally separated.

And they sighed in both relief and exhaustion.

For a moment, they didn't know what else to say to each other.

"Um… Chris?"

"Yeah?"

"Did you like the kiss too?"

"I… I did; it was really good…"

"I liked it too…"

"Geez, you're so awkward! We like each other, and we kissed each other; no need to act so distant; come here!"

Chris suddenly jumped over Paul this time.

"Ah! Chris?!"

And they started kissing all over again…

After a make-out season that lasted for almost an hour, the two had grown hungrier, so they decided to finally eat something.

"You said you were going to cook something for me? We can count that as our first date~?"

"Oh, right! Yeah, let me cook for you! Wanna see?"

"Heh, sure? Are you that good or something~?"
