Chapter 74

Ariana, Raymond, Tony, Cassandra and the other students stood in a file as they waited for their respective turns into the bus.

Finally, after some time the principal told them they could go into the bus and they all cheered.

Ariana, Raymond, Tony and Casey sat in a row while Beatrice and some other students sat behind them. 

After every one got into the bus, it zoomed off.

From where she was seated, Beatrice could see Raymond and Ariana playing lovey dovey with each other. She narrowed her gaze to Tony and Casey and she felt her heart clench, everyone had someone who loved them but who did she have, Alen. She sighed before looking out the window.

" What do you think is your favorite part about camping?" Ariana asked Raymond.

" Spending time with my first girlfriend" he said with a chuckle.

She hit him playfully on the chest.

" Must you joke about everything?" She asked.

" I'm not joking. Infact you're the one who's joking. Do I look like someone who's ever being to camp?" He asked.

" You sure don't look like one. That's why you lack a sense of fun" she said with a mocking chuckle.

" Ha ha, mock me" Raymond said with a grin on his face.

" I'm sorry honey" she said and gave him a light peck.

He chuckled, " only a day of dating and I've received almost one thousand kisses" he said with a smile on his face.

" Hi Ariana" Nicolas waved.

Casey hissed softly, why was he here? Didn't he know it was dangerous to move on a moving vehicle?

" Hi Nicolas" Ariana said with a smile on her face.

" How are are you doing?" He asked.

" Obviously fine, and you?"

" I'm fine. It seems you've resolved your differences" he said, trying to hide his pain. He was hurt that Ariana and Raymond had resolved their differences.

" Yeah. Plus, we are now dating" Ariana said.

" Wow. I'm happy for you" he lied. " Alright then, I'll be on my way to my seat" he said and left.

" I did not think he'll be cool with us dating" Raymond said.

" Like you care what people feel" Ariana teased.

" I do, I care about what mum, you and myself feel" he said.

" What can he do? He can't force himself on Ariana, can he?" Casey asked 

" Yeah, you're right. At least he's mature enough to know that if someone doesn't love you, he doesn't" she said, indirectly mocking  Beatrice. " At least he won't poison Raymond because I love him instead" she said, turned at gave Beatrice a disgusted stare before looking forward.

Beatrice's heart clenched the moment Ariana said those words.

" I've really f**ked up. Will Ariana ever forgive me" she asked herself.

She looked out the window as she let the tears roll down her cheeks. First, she'd lost her best friend and then popularity which she got from moving with Ariana and then, Raymond. The thought of it made the tears flow more freely. She wiped her tears as she took out her phone to watch a movie titled ' Turkey drop'.

Ariana rested her head on Raymond's shoulder as she looked out of the window. It was such a wonderful sight.

Casey looked at her friend, she was happy for her. At least after Max, Ariana was happy again.

Raymond smiled, if he knew having a girlfriend was this romantic, then he'd have listened to the thousands of girls that had asked him out in the past. Well, so far, Ariana was the best. He smiled as he patted her hair.

Alen looked at them before looking at Beatrice. Even though she was watching a movie, he could see she was fighting her tears. He grinned, even though Beatrice did not love him, he still loved her.

He was going to make Ariana pay for hurting the love of his life!!
