" there's no single taxi here" Ariana said as she walked on the road with Raymond.

" Who do you expect to be out by eleven?" Raymond asked.

 " Two students who just hacked into their principal's computer" Ariana said and they chuckled.

" Darn it!!" Raymond said.

" What's wrong?" Ariana asked as they walked hand in hand.

" I have seventeen missed calls from mum. She must be worried sick" Raymond said and Ariana giggled. " Why the giggles?" He asked.

" Coz you're still a child. It's just eleven. I can stay out till the next day and I won't get a missed call" Ariana bragged and they halted.

" Oh really? You think I didn't see your message where you told Casey you'd be home late?" Raymond said and laughed.

" It's not nice to read people's messages" Ariana snapped.

" Well then, stop being a baby about it" Raymond said.

" Oh really, apologize now" Ariana demanded.

" In your dreams!" Raymond said and looked away.

" I said apologize" Ariana said and they started arguing.

" Hey look!!" A guy with iron teeth called the attention of his friends to Ariana.

" Whoa. She's beautiful" another guy said.

" I wonder how good she is in bed" the third guy exclaimed smiling lustfully at her.

" That's all you ever think about, bedding women." The fourth guy said and sighed.

" Stop arguing. Let's think of how to get rid of the guy she's with" the first guy suggested.

" You're right. But don't you think she doesn't look ripe?" The third guy asked.

" What kind of stupid question is that? How can you see a hottie like that and think she's unripe?" The second guy asked.

" Exactly. Dude, if you don't wanna eat, then it means more food for us" the fourth guy said and they all laughed.

" Come on dudes. If he doesn't wanna join, let's leave him"

" Hey. I'll join" the third guy said and they all started walking towards Ariana.

" Fine, I'm sorry" Raymond gave in.

" Better. Now Let's go, it's not safe for us to be out here this late." Ariana said.

" Hold on ,let me call my mum back" Raymond said.

" You are going home so what's the need?" Ariana asked.

" You're right baby. You....... "

" Ow" Ariana screamed as she fell to the ground unconscious.

" Ariana, what's...." He looked up and saw four guys, one with a stick. It was obvious they'd just hit Ariana on the head as her head was bleeding.

" Hey dude. I think you now understand what's going on here. Do you wanna leave here in peace or in pieces?" The fourth guy asked.

" I'll assume you did not just do what you did" Raymond said and bent to carry Ariana.

The fourth guy got angry and hit Raymond with the stick on his back.

" You!!" Raymond was furious and he punched the guy hard before giving him a kick in the mid section and throwing him to the ground.

" Hey you, how dare you hit him" the first guy asked and made to punch Raymond but he caught his fist and twisted it.

" Aaah aaah" he yelled. " Let go of me you son of a bitch" he cried.

" Ok" Raymond said. He twisted the fist more and then hit his head with his elbow making him pass out.

" You" the second guy yelled and hit Raymond on the head with the stick.

" That was a mistake" Raymond said, his eyes were now red with fury. He took the stick and started hitting the two guys who were still up.

" Aaaaah" they screamed and ran away. " He's a psycho" they yelled as they ran leaving their friends.

By now, Raymond's head was bleeding profusely.

" I have to take Ariana home" he said weakly and carried Ariana.

He walked to a distance and suddenly, he fainted in the middle of the road.
