Goblins start out as small, green rough-skinned humanoids with pointy ears, claws, fangs, and long noses Some goblins have no hair at all, while others have shaggy hair or facial hair.

Some goblins grow to be the size of a grown man, while others remain small and around the size of a child. They frequently wear loincloths.

Goblins are not particularly dangerous and are regarded as the weakest of monsters. However, because of their ability to mature at a rapid rate, their numbers grow fairly quickly, making them a rapidly increasing threat if not dealt with quickly.

Goblins are commonly found in caves and rely on attacking or stealing from settlements that are close to earth's border or the animal monster world to survive.

Goblins have the ability to breed in a week, and a single female can give birth to several new goblins in a week.

Goblins have a keen sense of smell, especially when it comes to detecting prey.

They can even detect metal, making them a threat to anyone wearing metal armor.

They also have good night vision, so they can easily know when there are intruders in their nest.

While most goblins are thoughtless, they are not fools, and thus have the ability to learn, they adapt by learning from the mistakes of the dead.

They are skilled enough to create powerful poison by using herbs found in the wild; they usually coat this poison on their weapons and especially arrows.

There are a handful of goblins that by evolution are capable of becoming smarter and therefore much more dangerous,.

The rookies training didn't continue long for two reasons:

one, they didn't have much to learn to begin with, merely correcting minor faults and meaningality,

second, various changes occurred between the time we started training them, one of which was the appearance of a stronger goblins.

As a result, we didn't have time to care for the newcomers.

As goblins mature and evolve, they take on different forms.

larger and stronger variant of goblins like the ones in front of me are called Hobgoblins They are as strong, faster, and better fighters than zombies they are also smarter than the ordinary goblin.

The only positive aspect of them is that they can be killed as long as there is a significant injury on them, as opposed to zombies, who only have one weak point, which is the brain.

now, even though I had over a hundred of them in front of me, I wasn't scared of any of them.

Instead, I couldn't help but feel excited as I gripped the spear tighter.

I know such a feeling shouldn't have come to me, and it should be the least and most despised quality a soldier should have.

a soldier should always be calm, or at least try to be, but even though I said I shouldn't, I couldn't stop this feeling.

But, at the very least, this sensation does not have control over me.

I can easily hold it, but instead I did the opposite., I unsealed those feelings, in me, then I ran wild.

"hey leo, what are you going?"

I was running straight at the enemy when I heard Rachid's voice, but I didn't turn around to look at him; instead, I gave him a thumbs up above my head.

Moving as quickly as I could, a huge smile spread across my face.

There were hundreds, if not thousands, of hobgoblins in front of me, but I and the spear in my hand didn't care.

As was about to collide with a group of them, I jumped then using the head of one of them as a foothold, I jumped again.

When my legs touch the ground,I stabbed my spear in hurry toward the hobgoblins that didn't realised that I was behind them,when I stabed the last one I dodged the Mace that was aiming at my head,while doing that I swang my spear so the spear butt would be aimed at the head of the one who swang the mace at my head,sending him flying at his brothers behind him.

then I swung my spear freely, moving in unpredictable ways.

the spear head moved from one body to another at an impressive rate.

none of my enemies were able to defend against my blows more than once before falling dead.

Even when I was circled by them several times, I was able to break through them.

The more I fight, the more my fighting style changes, from only using a spear to now using my hands, feet, and even my head when fighting.

the longer i held the spear in my hand the better my spêar technique became

I fought for more than an hour continuously with all of my strength, even though I was exhausted.

My eyes shone brighter than usual, and the area around me turned into a field of goblin blood and corpses, making it harder and harder for both me and the goblins to attack.

as I was intending to return to the camp, however, someone approached from behind.

then I slammed my spear butt behind me , but it struck a shield and stopped.

Knowing it was only Rachid, I retracted my spear and told him, "Don't stand behind me next time, no one knows what will happen."

"I'm sorry, I just wanted to know if you were alright; after all, you were pretty reckless this time," Rachid said.

"Thank you, it's okay, I was just a little hyped" (Leo)

"a little, haha this is not a little at all facing more than 1000 alone and come alive with almost no injurd is not a little at all, if we hadn't seen you were alriight earlier, all the class would have come to save you, but you sure had put on a great show for them most of them were excited seeing your slaughter" Rachid said, smiling widely

"Don't ask me, I don't know what happened to me myself as well,"I scratched the back of my head as i said that

"but surely your merits this time would make you at least a hundred man commander" (rachid)

" that won't; happen although I will surely get a lot of merits but they won't be enough to make me a commander" (leo)

"that may have been true if you only killed those hobgoblins; but what you may not have noticed is that your killing spree; stopped a lot of other goblins from coming from the other mountain; And although we have not killed the Goblin Lord, he did everything he could to stop you here and kill you on that spot,this is also one of the reasons why those goblins didn't flee when you were killing them, even though they knew they would be killed by you."(rachid)

"so thats it and here i thought why those goblins never ran i even though they were another race altogether; goblins no matter what type they are; always run away when they feel danger; so there was a goblin lord here that's explain a lot "(leo) said as he looked at the goblins that started retreating.

The goblin lord was in the middle of them, surrounded and protected by several stronger hobgoblins than those I fought.

Goblin lords are regarded as kings by the goblin race.

These type of goblins have accumulated enough intelligence to command large goblin hordes.

"rachid" (Leo) says

"hmm what?"(rachid)

"How is the stamina of the newbies?" (leo)

"good at the moment, why are you asking"rachid

"what about morals?" leo

"very high, almost the entire army is excited by your performance, not just the newer ones"rachid

"then thats good. Bring me a group of archers and a few as well javelings " leo

"what are you going to do with them?" rachid

"what i am going to do you ask is very simple i would destroy that army's formation raise our morale then annihilate all those goblins until none of them are alive " leo

something big changes in leo today what is it i don't know but surely something in him changed.

Smiling on the battlefield was never one of his quirks; he was always strict on himself, so he never smiled on the battlefield.

Although I was surprised when he went and fought over a thousand hobgoblins head on with no strategies, that was not what surprised me the most.

Instead its his fighting style

Unlike his usual refined style.

he was wild, giving no thought to defense and only attacking for a whole hour without losing concentration for a moment.

He then surprised me again when he came and asked me to bring him a group of archers and a few javelins, saying he would annihilate all the goblin army while in voice filled with absolute confidence.

At that moment, I knew for sure that something happened to him,and that is something that he himself have not noticed yet.

But now is not the time to ask.

he seems to have a plan in mind so I shouldn't bother him with my thoughts for now.

i am also looking forward to know, how he would do what he declared before.

"is that all you need" i asked him

"yes thats all "(leo)

I moved quickly inside our camp then after wandering for a while searching for what he said.

Few mins later i gathered more than 17 capable archers and the three javelin as he asked.

after a small conversation to inform them of the some small detail I know about leo's plan.

the archers were not dissatisfied when they heard that leo needed them to do something for him.

even though they were years older than him and had merits enough to make them his commander.

when they heard that he had a plan to annihilate all the goblins they were not in disbelief as I expected, instead they were excited.

When I ask why is that? they said that they had already seen what leo did earlier.

so although they didn't trust his words completely they were excited.

Because,They believed that he would do what he said with a high degree of certainty, or at the very least deal a significant blow to the gobin army of this region.

After that I brought them with me to leo's tent.

Then leo start telling them his plan that I didn't hear well.

While I was lost in my thoughts.

Leo said to me, "When I call your name later, take it as a sign to gather all the commanders in the center of the battlefield and engage the goblins head-on, okay?"

"how could I do that?, they might not hear my words"(rachid)

"find out that by yourself'(leo) said without even looking at me, also felt the looks from the archers that I brought with me that says'you are having it hard, working for someone unreasonable like that'

Seeing that I couldn't help but wipe some imaginary tears from my cheeks as I said to leo

"O-okay I will see what I can do ,Is that all?,do you need something else".(rachid)

"no,just go tell them what I said .while I still have something to say to these ladies and gentlemen in front of me" (leo).

As I heard that, I moved away from leo's white military tent while sighing, as I looked at the sky

'god, bless me and bless my comrades and all the men in this army for all this Ordeal'

"ahh, how could I make those commanders listen to my words now, what the hell where you thinking leo when you ask me to do that ,sigh."

As I sighed, I moved forward toward the center of our camp where a huge military tent is put.

That is also the place where all the commanders and above in rank gathered making plans for this battle and upcoming battles.

As I reached there two soldiers stoped me to say

" the commanders are busy now ,if its not some big issue that you want to talk with them about , I would like you to came back later if you can please"

Although they spoke in length and courtesy, they were only saying one thing,'go away now if what you want to say is not important '

So ,now what should I told them to let me go in?.

After some thought, I couldn't think of anything, so I gambled and said

"I am here with an urgent message from leo , can you let me in now"(rachid)

"l-Leo are you talking about the spear demon?"

"spear demon, who is that, leo can use spear,but he is not a demon, or he has somekind of nickname like that"(rachid)

"we are talking about leo who went in the middle of the hobgoblins hord while fighting like demon "

'he is already this famous, it seems that I had made the right bet by calling his name and it seems that mission is not impossible after all but pffftt ' as I was thinking I couldn't hold it anymore

"pfft-hahaha that idiot finally had gone and done it, I don't know who is the one who gived him this nickname but I would surely like to thank him for that ,when I see leo again adter I would call him, with that overly chunni nickname he would surely die of embarrassment,kiki-hahaha…cough..cough.. hahaha "

"since you came to send a message from him enter hurry up " as they said that they let me enter the tent ,after I stopped laughing.

"then let's go" I said to myself as I took my first step forward in the tent.
