Ryder, now intrigued, raised an eyebrow and glanced at Aiden from across the table. "Why are you so invested in this? What's in it for you?"
Aiden's expression remained neutral as he typed his reply. "You don't need to understand. Just get the job done—split them up, and I'll take care of your bill."
Ryder leaned back in his chair, contemplating the offer. "Two weeks is a long time to go without a partner. What if I get caught in the process?"
Aiden knew Ryder couldn't resist a challenge, especially with the prospect of financial relief. "It's your call. Worst-case scenario, your profile gets suspended for a week. But I'm willing to bet you're good enough to make it happen sooner."
Ryder grinned, his mind already working on how to sabotage the partnership between Alaric and Raven. "Alright, fine. I'll do it. I'll break them up this month. If it costs me a suspension, so be it."
