Chapter-1: Meeting the 4th

Jiwoo was sleeping with his cats(including Mr.Kayden) when he was transported into a dark blank space. He felt like he was awake as he could move and feel himself but he also instinctively knew that he was asleep.

"Where am I? Hello is somebody there!" shouted Jiwoo getting nervous and afraid as he thought an awakener was attacking him.

"Hello kid. It seems we are in your mind right now" answered a blond haired blue-eyed man.

Jiwoo looked over to the source of the voice and saw a very handsome man looking at him with confusion and nostalgia.

"Who are you sir? May I know how I came here?" asked Jiwoo on guard. The man looked harmless but Jiwoo was prepared to fight him as Kayden had told him about the world of awakeners and its ruthlessness.

"I am Namikaze Minato, the 4th Hokage of Konoha." replied Minato smiling at the boy. The boy reminded Minato of himself when he was a little kid. He held the same innocence which Minato too once held although that was crushed by the chaotic world he grew up in.

"Now it is my turn to ask, Who are you?"

"My name is Jiwoo Seo from Korea. Nice to meet you!" replied Jiwoo smiling brightly at the man.

Jiwoo was going to ask him about the space however he was blinded by a bright light and someone shouting.

"Wake up, Jiwoo wake up!" yelled Kayden in his fat cat form as he had his paw on top of

Jiwoo.

"Ugh, where am I? Mr.Kayden what happened?" Asked Jiwoo disoriented, rubbing his eyes trying to remove the sleep.

"That is my question. What happened Jiwoo, you were mumbling things in your sleep." Asked Kayden with indifference but he was also concerned about the boy.

Jiwoo didn't know what to tell Kayden so he told him everything that he saw in his dream. Kayden was shocked and surprised at first but then in normal Kayden style did not think much of it and discarded it as a dream.

"Forget about it Jiwoo it was just a dream." said Kayden in a carefree manner while sitting like a human on the sofa.

Jiwoo decided to follow his mentor's words and decided to discard that dream as a dream although he was secretly intrigued by the man he saw in his dream. The man looked like

someone who was a leader and Jiwoo felt he will meet him again.

Jiwoo had to go to school tomorrow so he had to sleep but he couldn't sleep no matter how much he tried to. He was curious about Minato and wanted to talk to him but didn't know of he will be able to or if he really was just dreaming about this person.

What Jiwoo understood was that Minato hailed from a place called Konoha and was the Hokage.

He thought about it a bit but decided to leave it be as he couldn't sleep and went to bed since he didn't want to be late to school tomorrow.

[The Next Day]

"Ugh what time is it?" Jiwoo asked no one as he looked at the clock on the wall connected to the stairs.

"Oh no! I am late to school again. The teacher will not leave me if I am late!." said Jiwoo as he rushed to his room upstairs to get changed into his school uniform while Kayden was awoken by Jiwoo's shout.

He stretched his paws and yawned loudly while looking around with bleary eyes. 'Why did that kid shout, was he late to school again' thought Kayden as he wanted to sleep again but before he could Jiwoo came rushing down the stairs with his bag haphazardly on and his uniform looking like it has gone through better days.

"Oh! I forgot the cat food." He said as he rushed to the kitchen to get the cat food while Kayden sweat dropped thinking this kid will always surprise him with his actions.

"Here please have some food Mr. Kayden you must be so hungry. Sniff" said Kayden as he wiped a tear from his eye thinking about how the poor fat cat would have starved itself.

"Oi kid don't worry about me I am the great Kayden nothing will happen to me even if I didn't eat anything" replied Kayden tilting his head upwards while smiling narcissistically.

"Yes! Yes! I know about Mr. Kayden's abilities but you know that human food in your body is harmful to you so I just wanted to give you something to relieve your hunger" said Jiwoo while smiling so brightly that the cat had to squint his eyes while thinking about how much of a softie Jiwoo is.

" Ok I will eat." replied Kayden while sighing since he knew that what the kid said was the best for him so he couldn't be angry. He just dived right in to eat the food tasting it first and then eating everything in the can with gusto.

" Oh look at the time! I am getting late so look after the other cats too Mr.Kayden and yourself as well." shouted Jiwoo as he ran out of his house towards the school.
