Sun Zhou's Haul Shopping

George didn't think that when he joined the discussion, people will be that disgusted by him.

He then sighed. "Whatever... Let's continue the business!"

- At The Traditional Market -

Sun Zhou looked at the list of ingredients awkwardly. He didn't know what to do, as there are way too many items that George wanted.

He asked a butcher. "Uhh... Do you sell five cows worth of meat? Umm.. and are they already pre-cut?"

The butcher looked at this guy weirdly. "We definitely have that many cows, but... we still needed to cut them up. And the cows are still in my barn, so I need to go back first. Is that okay?"

Sun Zhou though that it's definitely okay to wait for a while. And then he remembered something. "Oh yeah.. What about five pigs and fifty chickens? Do you have them too? If you have those animals too, could you also butcher them up?"

The butcher almost vomited blood when he heard that. "I have the pigs, but not the chickens! And even if I had some, it would take a long time to finish cutting them up! Uhh... Young lad, maybe you should ask another butcher!"

Sun Zhou thought that it was acceptable and he knew the logic behind it too. In order to be time efficient, he needs to go to a different butcher and bought their pigs and chickens. "Okay then! I'll come back here after I finished buying all of it!"

"Hmm..." Sun Zhou looked at the vegetable vendor near that butcher house. "Excuse me, do you have two bags of cabbages, ten sacks of rice, three bags of potatoes, you get the drill..."

The vendor's face twitched when she heard that. "Umm.. What are you gonna use that many vegetables and rice? Do you want to make an army or something like that? Or do you have a restaurant?"

Sun Zhou coughed when he saw her reactions. He embarrassedly said that it was for eating.

In the end, he went to a lot of vendors to fill up the quotas that were needed by George. And he just packed all of it inside of a storage ring that George gave him before he went outside.

"Sigh... I still need the meats! I wonder if all of these butchers had finished their job?" Sun Zhou walked down the street while massaging his sore shoulders. He didn't think that it will make his body sore, but it did.

"JUST COME HERE, YOU BRAT!" A guy screamed on a suspicious dark corner of this street. Sun Zhou didn't mean to hear it, but when he passed by he heard all of it.

So he looked at what happened. It was a bunch of guys ganging on two kids. One of them is a little boy who wears tattered clothes, while the other is a beautiful girl.

"How dare you call yourself a man! Ganging up on a poor little boy, like this! Hmph!" The girl frowned her face at these men.

"Shut up! You aren't involved in this matter! Just go away, b*tch!" Said the guy who leads these few men to catch the boy.

"Hmph! My master said that I should protect the weak, so I should be involved in this matter!" She sneered back at these men.

"HE JUST STOLE MY MONEY! ALL MY COINS ARE GONE! NOT EVEN THE COPPER ONES WERE LEFT!" He almost exploded in rage. He just wanted to get back his money and beat this brat a little, so he won't mess around with him anymore, but there's this b*tch that prevented him to do that.

Sun Zhou who saw what's happening almost facepalmed. "We need to be subjective while taking sides... We need to hear what both sides had to say! What if the little boy is the wrong one?" He thought.

Seeing that the girl is a cultivator and all the guys are normal human, he didn't want to get involved at this brawl and just watched them from far away. "Let's just watch for now... There's still a lot of times to collect the meats!"

The girl stared at these men and said. "But still! You can't just beat him up. Could you be more gentle? He's only a child!"

He rolled his eyes and ordered. "Shut up! Men... Just beat both of these brats!"

"You dare?" The girl grinned. "Boy, you should have your back facing the wall, so you can't get hurt from sneak attack!"

The little boy nodded his head and do what she said.

"Aahh... It's a shame! Maybe I shouldn't hit you. You are very beautiful!" One of the guys tried to catch her, but she dodged in time.

She said coldly. "Well.. thank- YOU!" She punched his stomach and made that guy fainted.

"Y- you!"

She just smiled coldly while crooked her fingers. "I don't even want to use my spiritual spells! You guys are very weak!"

"Hmph! Fine... Could you defend yourself if we all attacked you at the same time?"

She rolled her eyes. "I told you... You are very weak! I could see all your flaws within seconds! Pfft~ All of you could only punch randomly! As a person who had trained martial arts since birth, you guys are very easy to get beaten up by me!"

And like what she said, nearly all of them fainted with one punch from her. But, some of them got lucky and left the alley quickly.

"Are you okay?" She looked at the little boy.

He nodded his head. "I'm okay! Thank you, big sister!"

She smiled back to this little kid. "Where are your mother?"

The little boy suddenly had a contorted face. He said while sobbing. "My Mom... She died! So, I had to steal money for my sister's medicine!"

The girl immediately felt sympathetic to this guy. "What about your father?"

He shook his head. "He ran away and left us!" Then there's a weird sound coming out from the little boy's belly.

"Oh! Are you hungry? This big sister will buy you something! Let's go to a restaurant!" Smiled the girl.
