"Do you need my help?" she asked to her father who's busy analyzing the datas of his new invention. Matapos nitong marinig ang maliit na boses ng kanyang anak ay nag-umpisang hindi mapakali ang mga mata niya, "is there's something wrong dad?" she added after noticing the sudden change of atmosphere.
"No baby, just go and take a bath already. You have to prepare yourself for school" said by her father while trying to calm his self.
She rolled her eyes and turn her back to her father, "whatever" she simply said and leave the room with her father who's now staring at her back.
While doing her things inside the bathroom, she heard some noises of people. She also heard her father's trembling voice while talking to someone, dahil sa kuryosidad nito ay lumabas ito mula sa banyo at nakita ang limang armadong lalaki habang nakatutok ang mga baril nito sa ama nya.
"The deal is a deal Stein, nasan na ang pinag-usapan nating inbensyon mo?" tanong ng isang lalaki, nakarinig ang mga armadong lalaki ng mga yabag ng paa mula kay Ein na dahan-dahang naglalakad papalapit sa kanila. Ngumisi ang mga lalaki at binuhat ng isang lalaki si Ein.
"Put me down disgusting creature!" pagpupumiglas ni Ein mula sa braso ng lalaki.
"Please, wag nyo syang idamay. Hindi ko pa natatapos ang inbensyon ko na ipinangako ko sa inyo" pakiusap ni Stein sa mga ito. Umatungal ang lalaking may hawak kay Ein dahil sa matinding pag-kagat nito sa braso ng lalaki. Dahil sa sobrang galit ng lalaki ay naihagis nito si Ein dahilan upang mauntog ito sa isang matigas na bagay.
"Ikaw ba ang pamilya nya?" tanong ng doktor sa guro ni Ein, dahil sa pagtataka ng hindi pag-pasok ng bata ay pinuntahan niya ang bahay nila at sumalubong sa kanya ang nakabukas na pinto ng bahay nila Ein, pumasok sya rito at nakita ang magulong mga gamit sa loob at si Ein na walang malay sa isang gilid na duguan. Mabilis na dinala nito ang bata sa hospital at ilang ulit na tinawagan ang ama nito pero hindi nya ito makontak.
"I'm her teacher" she aswered. The doctor nodded at her. He hesitate at first if he's going to tell her the situation of Ein but he decided to spill it in the end.
"The kid is in a serious situation, according to her autopsy report she possess an unrealable level of IQ" the teacher didn't get surprised about that anymore, "at dahil sa matinding pagkabagok nito at sa mga nawalang dugo sa kanya. She might have a short term memory loss" the doctor added and his litany made the lady to stop from her track. She was left with no words after hearing those words.

"Put me down disgusting creature!"
"Please, wag nyo syang idamay. Hindi ko pa natatapos ang inbensyon ko na ipinangako ko sa inyo"
She slowly opened her eyes, the blurred image of a lady welcomed her sight, "oh thanks god. Ein you're finally awake!" said by the lady and locked the kid with her warm embrace.
"who are you?" Ein asked that made the lady to release the kid from her arms.
The lady held her cheeks and look to its blue pair of eyes, "you really don't remember anything Ein?" she asked.
Ein frowned at her, "would I ask you that question if I really know you?" she simply said.
"Still the same" the lady mumble, "I'm Vea, your adviser" a man with his white coat entered the room.
"Oh you're already awake" the doctor greeted.
"No, I'm actually sleeping old man" Ein answered. The two nurses laugh because of the kid's litany.
"A pedantic kid hah" the doctor commented, " you know your name?"
"Yes" Ein simply answered, "I'm Ein, said by that woman" she added while poiting her finger to the lady.
"I see. Can I talk to you outside?" said by the doctor while facing the lady, "did you contacted her family already? this is a serious matter. Her family should know her situation"
Iniling lang ng babae ang kanyang ulo, "I've been contacting her father but still; it can't be reached. I already reported him on the police as a missing person, but they couldn't also find any traces of him" the lady said.
"Then what's your plan? don't she have another relatives except to her father?" the doctor asked again.
"Nah. I don't know, I wish her memories will be back soon" the lady whispered, "but for the meantime I'll adopt her while waiting for her memories to come back and for her father"
"You told me that you are my adviser, where are my parents? why they aren't here?" Ein asked to the lady.
Sinalubong ng babae ang nagtatanong na asul na mga mata ng bata, "I was wondering on that day why you didn't attend my class so I decided to go in your house. The whole place was in a complete mess, and I saw you on the corner bathing on your own blood. I brought you here and I've been contacting your father but he's out of reach. Now, listen to me. You will stay with me until your father showed-up and until your memories come back" Ein was out of words, staring at the lady blankly. She seems like she lost her sharp tounge, she couldn't find her words until she started to shout while holding her head, voices started to linger on her ears. She's shaking in fear, she can clearly hear her father's voice while pleading, she can clearly hear the sobs of her father on that morning, she can clearly hear her father's tremulous voice, she can clearly hear her father's scream who seems like burning into ashes.
She's crying, while her heart was breaking into pieces. She's smart and she understand what's happening on that morning eventhough she's unconscious, she can clearly understand what happened to her father.
