Finally he stood before Jordan who was not able to do anything but stand there shocked.

"look, I don't want any trouble okay, I just want to go home",zari said with a soft voice,

"you can after you've answered all our questions",Jordan said after getting himself back,

"and what if I refuse",zari asked,

"the whole world is watching right now, would you like to become a villain",Jordan asked, his expression back to the normal serious expression he normally wear,

"wait, what!!!",zari exclaimed,"what do you mean the whole world is watching",

Jordan pointed to the drone recording them, it was at a safe distance from them so zari did not notice it,"that is a government drone recording everything live and broadcasting it to the world",

Zari turned to look at it and squeezed his eyes, the drone began shaking for a second then exploded,

"what happened, where is the feed",Mr walkersty shouted back at the pentagon,

"telekinesis", Mrs Sanchez whispered.

"ahh, fuck, I'm so screwed,"zari said rubbing through his hair aggressively,

"why", Sophie asked as all of them began to gather around Jordan and zari,

"my grandpa band me from using my powers in public",zari said with a nervous voice,"you know what, I'll go with you guys",he began climbing the slope of the crater,

"so you'd rather deal with us and the government than your grandpa", Archie asked, you could see the sense of relief in his voice, probably because he didn't have to battle against zari, all the others from the posiedon sect also seemed relaxed,

"does he also have powers", Jordan asked,

"nope, but trust me, you do not want to deal with a Nigerian elder when they are angry, I'd rather deal with you guys",zari said as they approached the helicopter the Poseidon sect came in,

"you guys travelled all the way from south America to Africa in this helicopter under one hour?", zari asked as they all boarded,

"you'd be surprised at the speed the bad boy can go",Ryan who was the last guy to board said,"come on",

"what of the yami sect",zari asked,

"dont worry,they are gonna be taken care of", Ryan replied,

"okay,ill fly following you guys at your back", zari said and began to float in the air,

"our orders were to bring you in, you gonna have to follow us",Jordan said,

"jeez, alright",zari said as he boarded the helicopter,

After about thirty to forty minutes, they arrived at the pentagon. As they highlighted, zari saw the yami sect powered ones rushed into a room and the door shut behind them,

"this way", Jordan said and began walking,

"is he always this bossy",zari whispered to Sophie as all of them began walking behind jordan,

"you'll get used to it",Sophie replied with a smirk, and zari smiled back,

"so you are from Nigeria",ken asked as he came up to zari and Sophie,

"yeah", zari replied,

"always wanted to go to Nigeria", ken said,

"why?", zari asked as they took a corner and approached a door. Jordan reached into his pocket and brought an ID card and placed it on a scanner, and in less than a minute the door opened,

"the culture man, the music, its beautiful",ken said, a smile widened across his face, you could see his eyes shining,

"riggghhhtttt", zari said with a puzzled look,"so why haven't you visited",

"a powered one from one sect going over to another sect territory could be seen as an act of war",Andrew said joining in on the conversation,

"really, thought you guys could do whatever you want to do",zari said,

"not with the council of fifteen watching our every move",Sophie said, her voice lower and depressed,

"council of what?"

"we are here", Jordan said as he placed the ID card on a scanner and a AI voice spoke,

"access granted", and a door opened.

A dimly lit room was revealed with a table and two chairs facing each other,

"sweet,just like in movies", zari said with a smile,

"stay here and wait", Jordan said,

"okay",zari said as he took a seat and the door closed behind Jordan,

After about five minutes of waiting, Mr walkersty entered with Mrs Sanchez at his side. Mr walkersty took the seat facing zari,

"i take it, you don't know who I am" ,he said,

"nope", zari replied,

"my name is Mr walkersty David and beside me is Mrs Sanchez Fiona, we are incharge of the Poseidon sect's defense department ", Mr walkersty said,

"cool",zari replied,

"okay lets get down to business", Mr walkersty said opening a book and bringing out a pen from his jacket's pocket,"we already know your name is zari, how old are you?",

"nineteen",zari replied. Mr walkersty wrote it down in his book,

"who are your parents?", Mr walkersty asked,

"i don't know them, they died when I was born in a car accident",zari replied,

"sorry to hear that",Mr walkersty said as he wrote something in his book again,"any relations?",

"just my grandpa and my junior sister", zari replied,

"i thought you said you parents died?", Mr walkersty asked,

"she is my cousin but her parents also died when she was given birth to so she lives with my grandpa and I, that's why I call her my sister",zari said. Mr walkersty whispered to Mrs Sanchez and she left the room,

"okay, do they have powers?", Mr walkersty asked,

"nope, just me",zari replied,

"for how long have you have this powers",Mr walkersty asked,

"for as long as I can remember", zari replied,

"and you are not registered with any of the sects", Mr walkersty asked,

"nope, kept my power hidden throughout my life", zari replied,

"so why expose it to the world now",

"first of all, I didn't know you guys were recording, secondly, the calamity attacked Nigeria first , just five streets away from my house so I followed it and by the time I got there, the yami sect was out and no other powered ones were at the scene so I decided to step in", zari said.

Mr walkersty was quiet as he wrote something into his book. Mrs Sanchez entered with a paper in her hand and handed it over to Mr walkersty, after he read through it, he faced zari,

"seems your story checks out, about your parents but we can't find anything about you, why is that?",

"i dont have a phone", zari replied,

"why",

"can't afford one",zari said, his expression never changing. After a few minutes of silence and Mr walkersty writing down on his book, Mr walkersty stood up,

"that will be all for now", he said,

"for now?",zari asked,

"we will need for you to stay with us, at least till the yami sect recovers",Mr walkersty said,

"what of my family, where will I even stay?",zari asked,

"a helicopter will be sent out to pick your family up, and you can stay in the powered ones house",Mr walkersty said as he approached the door,"don't worry, the government will take good care of your family and once they land, you can meet them",

"okay", zari said and stood up. Mr walkersty exited the room and the Poseidon powered ones entered.

"bro, you are trending", Archie said as he showed zari his phone.
