Clash At the Gates

Eiera got confused by the guards' actions, but before she could react, one of the guards approached her, his eyes glittering with evil determination.

The guard spoke with a smirk, "We have to search your body."

Other guards laugh as they hear their comrade's words, their amusement evident. Eiera clenched her fist. Her anger simmered, but she maintained her composure.

The guard spoke again, his tone mocking, "Don't be shy about it. It won't take long." The humiliation in his words was cleared. 

The guard smiled and put his hand on Eiera's shoulder as he spoke, "Let's get this over with, shall we?"

Eiera about to unleash her fury at the guard when a strong gust of wind flew next to her, and the guard suddenly disappeared.

Eiera saw Kai standing behind her. In his grip, the guard was hoisted into the air, Kai's fingers wrapped firmly around the guard's throat. With effortless strength, Kai lifted the guard two feet in the air with his left hand.

Kai's voice filled with cold anger as he spoke, "No One Touches Her!" his grip tightened on the guard's throat with each word he said.

The guard gasped for air, his eyes widening in feat at Kai's display of power. Sensing the danger, the other guards pulled and reacted quickly, poised their swords directly at Kai, ready to unleash their attack.

The guards demanded, "RELEASED HIM AT ONCE!" their voices filled with urgency and threat.

Kai remained unfazed by their threats, his grip tightening even more on the guard's throat. The guard struggled, gasping for air.

Luna fluttered her wings as she flew to Kai's ear, her voice filled with urgency. "Kai, he'll die. Release him."

Kai responded, "I don't care." his grip tightened even more, causing the guard's face to turn red as he struggled for a single breath.

As the guards prepared to attack Kai, a loud voice pierced through the air. "ENOUGH!"

Guards turned around to see who had spoken, and their eyes widened in surprise as they recognized the authority in that voice. That voice belongs to the King of Celestria.

The Celestria King is standing behind them at the top of a small staircase. The King, clad in his majestic royal robe, as he descended the stairs with royal grace. The guards quickly fell silent and bowed before their King. The Celestria King saw Kai still holding his guard by his throat.

The King spoke with authority, addressing Kai, "Step down and release my guard immediately."

Kai looked at the King with his menacing red eyes and said, "Who do you think you are, ordering me around."

Sensing the tension, Rin forward. She leaned in on Kai's ear. "Brother, leave him for me." her voice calm and gentle as she pleased to Kai.

As Kai looked at Rin's innocent face, his anger melted away. "Fine!"

Kai loosens his grip on the guard's neck, causing the guard to fall to the ground, gasping for air. Two more guards immediately grabbed their comrade and dragged him away from Kai.

The King looked at his guards in fury. "Is this how you treat my Guest!" His voice echoed through the castle ground.

King demanded, "Apologize NOW!" his voice booming with authority.

Kai intervened, saying, "There's no need for that. What has happened can't be forgiven or forgotten." His voice was calm yet firm, carrying a sense of finality.

The King nodded, his expression softening slightly. "Very well, please, come in."

The King leads the way from the castle ground to the main entrance of the castle.

In the castle, there is a room with a long table made of dark wood, and the King is seated at the head of the table. Kai seated on the long left side of the table, with Rin beside him and Eiera next to her. While Luna perched on Kai's left shoulder.

The entire room went silent for moments everyone observing each other. Then finally Eiera broke the silence in the room, addressing the King directly. "Why did you call us, your Majesty." She inquired, her tone respectful but curious.

The King responded with a gentle smile. "Please, call me Cedric," he said, his tone warm and welcoming.

Eiera spoke again, "So, King Cedric, why did you call us?"

As the King Cedric was about to answer, the sound of footsteps filled the room. The footsteps grew louder and louder, attracting everyone's attention towards the door of the room.

Suddenly, Aiden arrived at the door with a menacing look. Aiden walked into the room with determined steps, taking a seat directly across from Kai.

King Cedric looks at Aiden and speaks with concern, "Aiden, what are you doing here? You should be resting."

Aiden's gaze locked on Kai as he responded, "I'm much more needed here, Father."
