DxD: The Joker of Spades
Ryūjin Himejima, Akeno's twin Brother and the First Joker of the Fallen Saints Reincarnation System of the Fallen Angels. Ryūjin is a powerful Fallen Angel with over a decade of combat training and experience. A disciple of Six legendary teachers, and best friend and partner of Vali, what will happen to Ryūjin when he he's forced to reunite with Akeno earlier than he anticipated and not in the fashion he hoped to? A better question is what memories will resurface?

Schrodinger1234 made a comment, and it's been in the back of my mind constantly. I won't repeat it verbatim, but it has given me an idea. Chapters 6 and 7 are done, chapter eight not so much. Now I wasn't entirely sure what I was gonna do for the interim part of the riser arc dedicated towards Rias and company preparing for the rating game.
But I'm thinking that instead of just the interim part I could easily fo two maybe even three chapters that focus on Ryūjin and Akeno's past together as well as a sort of mini-arc to introduce a few concepts I'm going to be borrowing from another Fandom.
A training arc of you would.
For the most part it would be more Ryūjin than Akeno, but at the very least...I think giving Akeno some partial closure would be beneficial for the story, and the path to get there would fill a void or two that Schrodinger mentioned.
So Schrodinger1234 thanks, and on the plus side this helps me somewhat with some other fics. The Witcher: Aethan of Cidaris, WoW: The Last Alteraci, Pokémon: King of Kings, a couple of other dxd fics, and Imperialis Brittanica just to name a few. See I've been sort of stuck with certain chapters, so a few flashbacks or the like seems like a suitable fix.
