In all, Ken has had a total of 21 women, including 10 Valkyries.

All the women mentioned are members of Ken's Harem from the first world, Shinmai Maou No Testament.

There, our MC has married all of them, in the last chapter of this Fanfic which has been lost.

So, their status can officially be said to be husband and wife.

There, Ken also got to play around with Sheila and Kaoru Nonaka.

Sheila is the mother of Maria and Lucia, while Kaoru is the mother of Yuki and Kurumi.

Ken's relationship with them could be said to be the same as his relationship with his women.

But for some reason, Ken didn't want to take them both into his Harem, due to their status as wives.

Since Sheila and Kaoru's husbands are still alive, Ken prefers to play around with the two women without their husbands knowing.

Ken's relationship with Sheila and Kaoru has certainly 'crossed the line' that a 'friend' should not cross.

And the result of his relationship was that Kaoru and Sheila got pregnant and carried his child.

Both women loved him, so they were not dissatisfied when they found out that they were carrying his child.

Therefore, Sheila and Kaoru enjoyed their relationship with Ken secretly behind their husbands' backs.

On top of that...

In the last chapter of this Fanfic before, apart from Sheila and Kaoru being pregnant, all of his wives were also pregnant.

So, when Ken went to the second world, they would all spend a lot of time in Ken's private world, which was named [Yggdrasil].

That way, Ken has plenty of time to pick up the women he targets in this second world.

Keep in mind, even so, Ken will still go to accompany his wives who are in his private world.

Since Ken can change or adjust the time in Yggdrasil to the outside world, he can come and go at any time without having to worry about the outside world.

So, even though his wives spent most of their time there, Ken would enter his private world to meet up with them every night.

Basically, whenever and however he wanted.

Furthermore, his private world was also inside his body, so it was as if his wives were still with him.

What I mentioned above is a bit of information regarding what happened in the last chapter of this Fanfic and his relationship with the women.

Even though Sheila and Kaoru are not members of his Harem and not his wives, Ken still considers them as one, considering the 'forbidden relationship' of the three.
