Chapter 31 You can come in.

"Any reason why you're telling us? What does it even matter to us?" Mittelt asked while she kept her snark up.

"While I can keep you safe, my arrangement regarding your continued existence is due to the deal that I made with Rias-senpai and Sona-senpai. As long they are overseers of that place, their deal stands with me. I can keep you four safe. If that changes, I doubt that her fiancée would have the same open state of mind. I don't like to think of those consequences."

That did the trick for the four ladies in the room.

Asia shuddered, Raynare blanched as she thought back on her demise and Mittelt lost all her snark.

Kalawarner was the one who spoke.

"Issei-kun, what do you think is going to happen if her fiancée drops by?"

"If things go fast, which they will, Rias would most likely be challenged to a Rating Game with that person. With just four Peerage members and not that much experience, I think she relies on me to help her out. And I have agreed to that." Issei answered truthfully.

He knew that most likely they wouldn't like that answer.

"So you intend to save her and get her in your bed?" He would have expected that reply for any of the three Fallen Angels but not from Asia.

"Asia, in my humble opinion, women like Rias-senpai and yourselves, are ladies to be courted. While that is a very alluring idea, I much rather use the same route as I have done with you."

[You four should be aware by now that Issei is a Dragon. They have that effect on people. My host is too soft to tell you but he has saved you four from certain demise. Now, he is going to help out that Gremory girl and her Peerage. The personal feelings from you four should be damned about this. None of you are his Master, therefore, you can not order him.]

'Thanks for the help, Albion.' Issei replied. He could be a bit too soft with this.

Sleeping around was not an issue but committing to a harem was another matter. And if those girls could get along, it would make matters easier.

"You heard what he said. Now, ladies. All other things considered, this isn't just school. This is you earning your freedom again and I can see what will happen. Is there something else for now?"

When silence was all he heard, Issei smiled.

"Good, now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to study. I need to get my homework done."

When he sat behind his desk, it was more his body that went on automat but his mind was elsewhere.

'What was that all about? Downstairs.'

[You have at least eight women falling for you and you're not standing up. I had expected better results from you. Given your past.]

'In case you forgot, I am experienced in sexual intercourse. Not in dealing with harems.'

[That is why I stood up for you. Partner, monogamy isn't a way you can live. Many of my previous hosts had harems.]

'Did those usually work out?'

[If the women were of the Super Natural Races yes, as they had long been used to polygamy due to the Great War. But the best way to make them work together is if the women were agreeable with one another. Given the Fallen and Devils, that is not going to happen.]

'The best way to become friends is to shed blood. Which is something that is going to happen.' Issei answered back to his host.

[Issei, you're one of my younger hosts that I had to pleasure of having. I'll guide you through it but in the end, it comes down to you.]

Issei smiled in his head when he heard that line. Good that someone had his back.

'Rias-senpai and her Peerage are different from Raynare and her friends. Albion, what is the most likely outcome of this?'

[If you and that Phenex come to fight, I am not sure how that fight would go. If you manage to save the Gremory, you're most likely the person that would have to follow up. I heard stories from Sirzechs Lucifer. You should know of them as well]

'You think that the Maou would give me issues?'

[From what I heard, the power Lucifer commands, could rival Dragons. In your current state, it would be wise to stay on the good side of Sirzechs. But as you often say, one thing at the time, mate.]

That was good enough for Issei to occupy himself with the issues that went on.

He could prepare for Monday as he had a prediction.

Scene skip

In the early hours, right before the first period, the principal stood before Issei's class with a few announcements.

"Class, as you all are aware, there was no homeroom teacher for this one. Therefore, I am happy to introduce you all to your new homeroom teacher, Kalawarner Amano."

Issei watched how she walked in and the class got into an uproar.

A maroon turtle neck with sleek black pants that hugged her figure nicely. Her shoes were the usual ones of heels.

Most of the guys and some of the girls couldn't keep their approval hidden. Issei's reaction was more measured. He loved the sight of her and it confirmed the idea that subtlety could be oh so sexy.

"Good day, my name is Kalawarner Amano-sensei. I have been asked to become your homeroom teacher. I'm looking forward to you."

The principal coughed and the attention was snapped to him.

"Well, I see that you have this covered. Can I ask you to introduce the other new members in this class?"

The bluenette smiled like an Angel and nodded.

"Of course. It would be my pleasure to introduce my cousin." Issei was glad that the story would stick.

"You can come in."

Asia and Raynare walked into the class which made the uproar of Kalawarner seem small.

Unlike the new teacher, Raynare had chosen a younger outfit. Issei really wondered why he believed that a younger version of Akeno Himejima walked in his classroom.

They looked really close. Meanwhile, Asia was a bit shy.

The shy wave got enough hearts to melt for her.
