Chapter 17 Rias was a Devil.

There were plans that he could do with the girls in his house. Raynare and her friends were low-tier chumps. Now, he wouldn't keep them on that. He would train them to the point they could be proud of themselves.

Asia was another matter. Issei was ready to gamble quite a bit.

Of course, Rias was a Devil. She could negotiate and make him do her damned business.

Issei wouldn't mind playing her tune as long she gave him what he wanted. But that shouldn't be an issue.

Issei knew where to go at the end of the day. The day had been uneventful. He did get an invite to the kendo club.

If he were to guess, they wanted to know how he got Rias Gremory to talk to him. Issei knew that there would be more to it.

And Issei found her to be a mighty fine lady. She had very nice breasts, and a great figure, and her attitude was enjoyable.

[We should consider her into your harem, partner.]

'I'll let the women come to me.'

[Don't wait too long for them.]

'Can it'. Issei shot back and he walked into the room. His own senses were good enough and he walked through the door.

When he knocked on the door, he found that fine style was something found back in the clubroom.

The furniture looked like it cost more than most people made in a month.

Wood was around the place with Victorian-style couches and chairs. One large one was where the only resident was seated. Right behind a desk, sat Rias. His eyes went around and saw some bookcases with a lot of them still inside.

"Thank you for coming, Issei-kun."

The smile that he gave had caused women to swoon but Issei knew better if he wanted to sweep Rias from her feet like that.

"You're welcome, Rias Gremory. Now, if you could forgive me, I see that your servants are missing?"

The redhead sighed as she watched him come closer.

"I take you wanted some privacy for this discussion. I believe that you can behave like a gentleman." Issei stood before her and looked like he was thinking about that.

"I can. If you behave like a lady." Too many times he had seen women that belonged to lesser quarters demand to be treated like ladies while they themselves had no respect for men or themselves. It had to come from both sides.

"That shouldn't be an issue." Issei listened to Rias and waited before she talked.

"I have seen Sona and explained that I'll handle the situation. We will get the Fallen Angels and Asia Argento in this school. We can have them fill roles as students or teachers. Maybe within a week or so." Issei nodded to her.

"I hope that Raynare explains it to her friends. It shouldn't be an issue in my regard either." Issei put his hands on her desk. He didn't hang over her.

Yet.

"I hope it won't be. Although I will not be looking forward to having Fallen Angels in my school." Issei counted to four before he opened his mouth.

"Rias, no. Gremory-senpai. I have learned that Super Natural Species got a lot in common. Give them a chance and I'll ask the same. Make them earn your trust but do give them your respect. I will demand they do the same." Rias relaxed and nodded to Issei.

"That is the Fallen Angels. I take you'll keep them." Issei nodded to her.

She had figured him out already. But Asia was something that she had not been able to figure out.

"I do intend to keep watch over them, yes."

"I closed my eyes for you going and saving them plus Asia. If you need more favors, you'll have to do things for me." Issei watched her words.

"I have no problem with that. Gremory-senpai, I will be perfectly candid with you. I hope you respect me enough to do the same." He didn't miss the pink tinging her cheeks while he leaned closer in.

"I can't protect Asia. Power I have, influence I do not. That is something you want if I look at you." Rias took a few seconds until a masterful glare set in.

"Do you take that you see myself or my adorable Peerage is weak?" Issei took a few seconds. When he had drawn out a breath, he looked back at her.

"I am not saying you are weak. But can you say with certainty that you can defeat me in a fight?" Rias opened her mouth and began to think about it.

She had seen the slaughter he did in the Church. Issei didn't even look winded. Maybe a Knight had been thrown in her path.

"Admitting you can't defeat me isn't a bad thing. Knowing yourself is important as a warrior. I take you need my help. I have no problem offering it. As you said, we can help each other."

Rias' eyes went right at him. He really could help her with the problem she was facing. But yet, she found that there was more coming in. Help from him wouldn't be cheap.

"You have a point. Get to the main one, Issei-kun."

"I want you to reincarnate Asia into your Peerage." Well, it wouldn't get more to the point than that.

"Any particular reason why you want that?" Issei waited before he answered.

"I don't want the Church to get Asia back. Frans and the Guy up there do what they can but it's not enough. Asia is out of the Church. I don't want her back in that place. But if they come around, they can take her from my arms. They are not as happy to do that with you, heiress of the Gremory Clan. Little sister of Sirzechs Lucifer."

Rias understood that part. Issei was also right.

"Do you believe Asia would be willing to become a Devil? After a life like she had." Issei reeled back and scratched his cheek.

"I'll tell her the score. She is more mature than we both give her credit for. Plus, she is a very kind girl. It should take some time but it shouldn't be too hard." Rias could see that Issei knew Asia very well.
