Vearth appeared on the magic circle he drew in the wasteland and he looked at his surroundings nothing around him he held his head in disappointment. After brooding he looked up as he saw a flyer he grabbed it and it read.

"What kind of devil doesn't have a peerage you need to get to High class soon and the only way Is through the devil exams for you middle and low class devils who think they have the strength to become one of the next class High class for middle class devils and middle and maybe High class for the low class devils. It going to be held in Overseer Titanius Foras(Oc part of 72 pillars) territory in the city of rulas on June the 30th it will be held. We really hope to see you young up-and-coming devils." Vearth read as his eyes raised in curiosity. He saw the red flags around this whole thing and something new caught his eye the title "Overseer" it was something not in the show which is very much appreciated by him.

"Wait June 30th that's a week from now and its held in Overseer Foras territory which is far from here." The boy said in fake pain and then he thought. 'I should make a skill to be able to alter other people's transformation incase of the situation where we are evenly matched but they have a transformation. I'll call it Shift Alteration its gonna be the strongest in my arsenal.'The boy dusts himself off as he walks off to the Foras Territory.

{scene change}"Foras Mansion:rulas"

"Mister Foras what reward do you suggest we present for those who do make into the high class rankings." A man with an hitler mustache and butler clothing with a monacle and fedora says to a man with brown slick back hair that reached the middle of his back and blue eyes and a massive body with muscles. He was wearing a black shirt and blue jeans with flip flops on while doing whale pull ups.(done with the mouth)

" Hmm." The man says."Isn't it enough that they are becoming high class and middle class already this thing only comes every ten years and your asking me to sweeten the pot for them. Ugh fine I'll give them 1 wish that's in my power that should be enough right." Titanius says with annoyance in his voice as he goes back to training to become the strongest.

{scene change}"City of rulas"<4 days later>

Vearth has just gotten to the city of strength Rulas. Everybody on every turn looked strong Male female even children. people looked at him like he was an anomaly which he was his strength surpassed most of them in the city with a few as an exception. The horns on his head were proof of him being different than normal devils those born with horns were classified as demons being stronger in all parameters there were only 9 demons in the underworld now 10 them being the two satan's (ajuka beelzebub) and (Sirezechs Lucifer) the king of rating games (diehauser belial) ancestor of the baels (Zekram bael) 3rd ranked in rating games bedeze abbadon and more.

Vearth heard all the talking people around him and he kept walking to the arena to sign up there wasn't a limit to how old you must be aslong as you could fight. He waited in line and after he got to the front he saw a beautiful woman with green hair and lime eyes and face so cute you could mistake her for a child but he just signed up and left to warm up as the whole thing would take place in one day

Titanius Foras the Overseer stood on a balcony as he was just about to announce the start of the middle class tournament this being for those who want to become middle class but nobody showed so he announced the start of the high class tournament.

"Good morning Woman and Men. I am the Overseer Titanius Foras the last standing member of the Foras and member of the 14 Overseers and I am here to announce the start of the Rage road Tournament RIGHTTT NOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW!!!!!!!" Titanius yelled in unison with every one else in the stadium.
