Rainbow walkers Part 1

The ominous gate closed on its own after Sam crossed it and a marvelous vision was revealed in front of everyone. Rainbows, clouds and green pastures filled with all sorts of beautiful creatures as far as the eye could see, it was nothing short of a dream come true.

In spite of the beautiful scenery, though, the soldiers readied their weapons and formed a defensive line at Ethan's command. The colonel was well aware that this wasn't as safe a place as it seemed and he wanted to take every possible precaution or perhaps he just wanted to leave what happened at the previous world behind. He was a heavenly rank hunter and a colonel in the army and yet, he still behaved in an inappropriate way in front of his subordinates.

Contrary to the soldiers, everyone at Uriel's party remained calm and collected, except for Sam who was having a hard time reconciling the fact that he got married to a cryptid with his desire to go back and be with her.
