No damage was dealt to Caldora Manticore because before Holy Chain was activated, the boss activated a strong metal wall defensive move beforehand. No more than four attacks could do anything to this boss.
When Tan saw what had happened, he immediately invoked his skill on the boss. Upon activation, a flash of light emanated from Caldora Manticore's body and flew onto the body of the young man holding a bow in his hand. He did that four to five times and then stopped using that skill. With the level and SP that he had now, there was still plenty of SP left.
The Caldora Manticore that was attacked by an Undead Dragon charged back, attacking with claws and sharp fangs. The speed and power of continuous attacks caused heavy damage to the Undead Dragon. As the Undead Dragon had been attacked by the dark iron storm earlier, it was unable to withstand the damage and disintegrated into spheres of light. Its soul then flew away.
