107: The day has begun

[The morning of the race and wedding day of Seo Jin]

"Jheong Woo! Do you remember what I said to you? You got my plan, right?" Dae Ju said to Jheong Woo. He was standing next to him. They make Dae Ju's house as their secret base. So, Mr. Park and Catherine were there too. Lina was also beside them. She knows the plan though there was no role for her. She will just cheer for him sitting on the gallery.

"So, what if our plan didn't succeed?" Jheong Woo asked.

"Hey! Think something positive! Why you always say the negative side? Believe in your fate! Truth always wins!" Dae Ju said in his way without taking a breath.

"There is one more person who will assist me in danger." Dae Ju said and smiled proudly.

"Who?" everyone looked at Dae Ju and asked curiously. But Lina wasn't curious. Maybe she knows who it was.

"San-ah!" Dae Ju called. A boy came to their living room. Seems like he lives here with them.

"Yes, Hyung!" Choi San replied.

"Who is this boy?" Mr. Park asked and looked at the boy.

"He is the boy whom I mentioned you earlier," Catherine said.

"Ah! Hello! I am Detective Park." he said to the boy and came to him.

"Hello! I am Choi San!" he said.

"But, why and how you will help him?" Catherine asked and looked at him suspiciously.

"I can't explain to you that much but one thing I must tell you that my life has changed after I met him. And as I know the truth now, I wanted to help him even if it takes my life." Choi San said passionately.

"Okay, just don't deceive him," Catherine said.

"Don't be rude to him! I know him very well. He won't deceive anyone." Lina said and came to him. Choi San just smiled and looked at the floor. He got blushed by her praise.

"Okay, is everyone ready?" Dae Ju asked as if he was the leader of the group.

The race will be held in the afternoon. It will take one and a half hours. Within this time, Dae Ju has to win. He will show his skills to attract everyone's eyes and as Catherine will be another racer, she will focus on catching the smugglers. Choi San knees the rule well but he was feeling bad for his brothers. Some of them are innocent and they have been forced to do as their boss said. Though some of them came willingly and they find fun to do this kind of job. All they wanted was money and they can do anything for money though they never have been paid enough. And as for Choi San, he never got money as payment. Every penny of him has been snatched by his elder brothers. So, he determined that he will show them someday. And the day came to him. He will show them that he is not a child anymore. He is grown up and he can do anything that he wanted to. If Dae Ju started to lose his position, He will assist him to defeat the enemy's car. And Dae Ju promised him that if he assists him and doesn't tell anyone about his secret mission, he wouldn't have to go to jail and he can live a normal life with him. They will stay as a brother. Not like those selfish brothers but like real brothers. And to show him the sample, he took him here so that Choi San would understand the brotherhood relationship. Dae Ju melts his heart completely and makes him say yes.

After thinking about the memories with his old brothers and with Dae Ju and Lina, he didn't regret his life choice. Not only for Dae Ju, but it was also for Lina too. Since he came to this house, Lina acted like she finds her lost son and she was taking care of him like her son. This melts his heart too.

Dae Ju has a perfect plan for this day. He just has to win the race. After that, he will go to Seo Jin's wedding ceremony directly. Lina and Jheong Woo will go with him. But he didn't think if something happened to him, how can he go to her wedding party. Because he was overconfident with himself.

When everyone left from there, Lina, Dae Ju and Choi San stayed there. Lina has to go to work. She will come back before the schedule. She will take a half-day leave from her work.

"I have to leave too! Take care of yourselves!" she said to both of them and went to the door.

"Yes, we will! Don't worry ma'am!" both of them said and looked at each other smilingly.

Daniel knows that Choi San was living here. So, surprising them, he came here to meet him. When Lina opened the door, she was surprised by seeing the boy standing next to their door.

"Who-o a-are y-you?' Lina asked confusedly.

"Does Choi San live here?" he asked.

"Yes," Lina answered and looked back. She was looking at Dae Ju and Choi San with questionable eyes.

"Oy, amateur!" Daniel went inside and called him. Both of them got surprised because they didn't expect him here. And also they got afraid by thinking what if he came here a while ago and saw all of them together? Choi San gulped as he was afraid but he acted normal.

"Don't call him like that! He is a master now!" Dae Ju said gently.

"Yeah, yeah! I know! I just came here because I have to check if everything was alright or not. Though we met last morning, I have to check if you were ready or not." he said very simply.

"And seems like you are more than good!" he sighed and made a face at them.

"You have to come with me. As we are a team, we will go as a team. I came to take you with me." this time he came to his point directly.

"I will join you later. I will come with hyung. We will go as a team. So, don't worry. You can go now." Choi San said and smiled. Seeing him like this, Dae Ju felt proud of him. He learned how to tackle the situation well.

"You are disobeying me?" Daniel became crazy.

"No! I am just following my heart." Choi San said and smiled once more.

"How dare you!" Daniel shouted.

"Ah! Don't make a scene now! He told you that he will come in time! I promise you that we will come in time no matter what! Now, please leave." Dae Ju has to come the middle of them though he didn't want to.

"I will see you!" saying this he left quickly and being too much angry. Lina was still there and she was watching from far. She saw his rage and got shocked.

"Why he was that angry?" she asked.

"Leave him! He is always like that! It will be fine! Don't worry. Just go." Dae Ju consoled her. Lina looked at them with suspicious eyes then she left.

When she reached her workplace someone was waiting for her.

"Lina-sshi! That customer is waiting for you." her coworker said.

"Waiting for me? Really? Why?" she was surprised. She didn't see who it was so it was unexpected for her.

"I don't know!" saying this she smiled and looked at another coworker. Lina couldn't understand and look at them like she understood they were crazy. She went inside and there was just one customer sitting on a chair.

"Sorry, I am late! But, how can I help you?" she said very gently.

"Why you are late? I was waiting for you since morning!" the person said with a rude voice and hearing him, Lina got disappointed and looked at the floor as she was bowed down.

"I am sorry. But, it's still morning." she didn't look at her customer's face.

"I will serve you quickly! How can I serve you?" she said gently and looked at the customer. And when she looked at him, she was surprised.

"Oh! You?" she was surprised.

"Yes, it's me. Noona!" Yeon Hoon gave a naughty smile.

"I am sorry I couldn't come to meet you these days. I was so busy so as soon as I got time, I ran to you!" Yeon Hoon said smilingly.

"Aww! How sweet! But, how did you change your voice? I really couldn't understand it was you!" Lina said and came to him. She put her bag in one corner and stood in front of him.

"So, how can I serve you your majesty?" saying this she laughed.

"By going out with me, Your highness!" Yeon Hoon also laughed.

"What?" Lina was astonished and stopped laughing.

"I was kidding!" he said and start laughing once more. But he knows that he meant it. Actually, he came here to ask her to go out but he couldn't get encouraged as he was afraid she will break their friendship if he asks her out. And before Lina reached here, Yeon Hoon was quite confident in himself and he told those staff to go outside and wait for her. That's why the two ladies were smiling at Lina.

"Are you free this evening? I am preparing something special for you," he said slowly.

"I am sorry but I am not free today. I have a busy schedule today." saying this she smiled.

"Ah!" he looked very disappointed.

"But, I am free tomorrow!" seeing his sad face, she told him to cheer him.

"Okay, Then I'll see you tomorrow." he smiled but he got hurt inside. He thought she refused him willingly. She doesn't have much to do because she said earlier she has no friends to hang out with or no family to spend time together. He came outside and sighed.

"This boy comes to you very often, right?" after Yeon Hoon left from there both of the ladies came inside and asked her.

"Yes, why?" she asked.

"No, just because. Who is he by the way?" they ask her to get sure.

"He is my younger brother!" Lina said with confidence.

"Ah! Brother! He is an idol, right?" they asked. This time that girl who listens to Yeon Hoon's song wasn't there.

"Your own brother or....." one of them asked.

"Like that," she answered simply.

"Ah, right! I will go home early today. And since the two of us will not be here, you have to take care of the customers well. I am sorry but I really need to go. So, I have to meet Ms. Manager. Is she here?" she said and she was gentle with her colleagues too.

"Don't worry. You don't need to tell her. She won't be available today. So, just enjoy yourself." said one of them and smiled by looking at another girl.

"Why you are laughing at me since morning?" she asked being confused.

"Nothing special! We were just having a laughing challenge earlier!" they looked at each other again and smiled again.

"Aish! These crazy people!" Lina said and went to her work.

[The afternoon at the stadium]

"Y'all are ready? Take your position! I repeat, take your position!" the announcer was announcing on the mic. There were too many people in the stadium. The main guest was in a special room. He was watching everything from there. All racers were ready and they took their own positions. The Chinese were looked very confident over themselves. They were mocking their opponent party as they are gonna crush them within a second. Just two of them replaced their places. It was Catherine and Choi San. They replaced their places according to their plan. But nobody knows that they were not in their cars. The audiences were very excited and they were cheering for their own support. The gallery was full of audiences and there was too much chaos for them. Lina, Jheong Woo was sitting in the middle of the crowd but Dae Ju can see them from his car. And seeing them, he got confident in himself which he lost a while ago.

At the last minute, a new guy came and announced that he was gonna join the race. Everyone was surprised by it. Who was it? Nobody can guess. The announcer also didn't say his or her name on the mic so all the racers were confused.
