Seung sighed as he let the system's screen fade from his vision, making the crucial decision to keep the gene. A warmth surged through his body, followed by a familiar tingle, as his injuries began to heal. The once-persistent pain in his wrist dissipated, and within moments, he felt whole again.
"Good as new," Seung muttered, flexing his fingers as if testing the limits of his newly restored body.
But just as quickly as relief washed over him, a new concern filled his mind. He glanced down at the wrinkled and hospital dress he was wearing. "I can't possibly meet Mr. Song looking like this."
Eunji, who had been sitting on a chair next to him, raised an eyebrow. "What? Worried you'll embarrass yourself?"
He grinned, scratching the back of his head. "Something like that."
