In a world where the supernatural exists, such as Devils, angles and Fallen, though not only that but Dragons and mythology Gods exist

Three Factions Represents the Three groups of Fallen Angels, Devils, and Angels

Originating from Heaven, the Angels are powerful beings who serve the Biblical God and have the powers to inflict pain upon Devils/demons and by extension the Fallen Angels, due to their light-based powers. 

Fallen Angels are Angels that have fallen from the grace of God, due to having "impure thoughts" that divert them from the teachings of God in the Bible

and Devils are beings that originated from the Underworld created by the Original Lucifer

In the Vast field was a handsome Boy standing in the middle surrounded by lots of pink flowers, he has an impressively sharp glare that is where to pierce through someone's soul, his Sky blue eyes with slit-like pupils, he has a lean muscular build, He has a Gentle aura around him that would make people Calm and relax, he had long unkempt Black hair that Danced with the wind, the wind seems to surround him as the Flower around him float in the sky

he raised his hand high in the sky as the wind starts to gather on his Palm as well as the flowers, his eyes glow with a pale blue as the sky start to Darken up

"rain!"

as those words left his mouth, the air around the world seems to stops for a bit, as the wind that is gathered in his palm shot up straight to the sky Piercing the clouds making the Sun Pierce through for a couple of minutes before the Clouds Block it

the air starts to become heavy which made the Flowers around him to fly off, as the clouds start the release water but every minute it became heavy

Near the Field was a Village, many used to live here but Now not many as mostly every Night the village would be Attack by Bandits or Demons that come at Night

Though they asked for help from the Kingdoms or other Villages they never get a response as they are left to defend for themself

"Shin!!" a Rought elderly Voice Echoed the field barely getting the boys attention, but the old man was shivering from the cold but with the rain, it made it worse for him

the boy runs towards the old man, with a smile but seeing him shiver he used the wind to cover the old man so he doesn't catch a cold

"Hey, old man!" Shin said with a wryly smile, as he concentrates on the tip of his finger trying to Gather a small drop of water,

many that know supernatural would though It would be simply impossible as they need full control over their Magic, well he is not like, magic as he can control water, the wind No matter what, but it's Exhausting for him to gather something so small in a form of a small Rain Drop, especially when trying to make a Weapons,

Supernatural is not known that much in the world, as many people would Not Believe it though he did as, he remembers that he senses holy magic from a young man that came to his village to talk to the leader of the village to have a Church places here, to which was Decline

Shin though he died thank to Truck-Kun and met God who gave him six wishes, of course, he couldn't pick which timeline, as God said it was Random

his first wish was to become a pure eastern Dragon, they are long, scaled, wingless serpentine creatures with four legs, they also have an extended range of supernatural powers, changing size or form most can take human shape, fly among the clouds, or hide in water, form clouds, turn into water, change color as an ability to blend in with their surroundings as an effective form of camouflage or glow in the dark

His Second wish was the Gate of Babylon, The items passing through the gate form gold-glowing energy ripples in the empty air as they appear instantly, He can summon items directly into his hand, pull out weapons from directly behind him, or prepare numerous weapons midair, loaded like bullets, of course, The most trusted Noble Phantasms contained within include Enkidu (Chains of Heaven) and Ea (Sword of Rupture), with the Gate of Babylon he can kill faster, and with his third wish Gandálfr/Left Hand Of God, he can instantly master any weapon/combat-based item he wields whether it be a sword, gun, fighter-jets,t, or rocket launcher, This includes all styles/techniques necessary to use the said item if he carries a katana, he'll gain all knowledge of katana-based martial arts

he can Master all the weapons

His fourth wish was Magic Creation, as it would be helpful in the world DXD Create thing out of magic, Magic Creation is a form of Magic that allows the users to shape various objects and entities from their Magic,

his Fourth wish is for arms gives him the ability to pass through anything. No matter the object

So let's say someone threw a building or magic on him, he would be unaffected as it'll pass right through him or the other way round

This ability also allows him to push his arm through a body and do whatever he pleases.

On top of that, he can pass through air, oxygen, and gasses, so he can walk on air.

his fifth wish is immortality makes the user impossible to be beaten. But that's not all, with immortality he will also be able to regenerate from any injury and when he is "killed" in battle he will just regenerate and come back to life.

and his final wish was????

Hello reader, I was wondering if you guy can help me a bit with his last wishes 🙏 but I think he's already overpowered but hey an op character ain't bad but he still has to train of course especially to control his Dragon and Magic, and weapons
