Chapter 46: Motivating Raine

Julietta looked away from the mirror. She did not understand who she was at the moment.

“What does it mean to be involved with a werewolf?” she asked herself. “Does it mean that some part of me is spiritually also a werewolf? Is he a werewolf?”

Julietta opened the cold water tap and splashed water onto her face. This made her feel more alert.

“I can think better now,” she told herself and looked into the mirror again. “Whatever happens, I can deal with it and I won’t be overcome by it,” she told herself firmly. She then wiped her face dry with a tissue from a box on a counter and flashed it down the toilet.

“And there go all my fears as well,” she said firmly before opening the door and walking out, back down the passage which led back to the lounge in which Raine was waiting for her.

He rose immediately when she reached the lounge.

“Thank you for the information and for inviting us in,” he said to George.
