A man was looking at the screen of his PC and thinking about some things.

"Name. I guess Byo would be alright? Race...Yeah, gotta be that race. Now to the appearance."

The man got a shocked expression.

"There are so many options and sliders? What the hell? Okay, I guess I can go overboard here. First, let's give him a general build. He should be 185cm tall since that is about as good as it gets naturally. Now the most important part: The face and hair..."

Clicking around various parts of the face he slowly changed the sliders to his liking. After being done he sighed. He put so much effort into this that an hour went by in a heartbeat.

The eyelids of the person were already getting heavy by the minute. But he kept going since he wanted to be finished before he went to sleep.

He was also already at the finishing line choosing the clothes for the character that he was creating on the screen.

And if he didn't finish he probably couldn't sleep well. It was the newest game in the series that through mouth propaganda from the closed beta tests was the best game with the most freedom in what one could do.

There was even an option to become a villain that the heroes had to fight at some point.

He was getting excited because he gave his character a trenchcoat with the RR logo on the left side. Underneath that he wore a white shirt with blue denim jeans. He was of course not running around barefoot and had some slick black boots that matched the color of the trench coat.

Being finished with the character design he confirmed and was then lead further to another screen where a box was present with -Background- over it. The person grumbled and let it completely empty since it would just be roleplay relevant. He could always change that information later.

So he skipped that and was now at the last screen with allocating attributes. There were 5 categories.

HP, KI, STR, DEX, CON

He had 5 points to allocate. And the attributes were currently all LVL.1

Obviously, his HP would determine when he dies, his KI how much energy he has and how powerful his energy attacks would be. Then STR would determine his overall power with his physical attacks. DEX how fast he was and CON how much stamina he had. CON also very likely determined his defensive capabilities.

"That´s it? Well, that is troublesome. If I go on KI alone I will be a glass cannon...."

The person thought for a while. "I will put everything into CON..."

And with that constitution reached LVL.5. He even got one point left after doing so.

"Level cap? Well, then put the last one into HP. It should have a synergy. Not sure if I made the right call but whatever. I can always start new if I don't like it.

In the end, HP was LVL.2 and CON was LVL.5 and everything else stayed at LVL.1.

"Now I need to get some sleep..." Just when the person said that he seemed to become extremely tired and just slumped over his keyboard.

Darkness filled his mind and silence overcame his senses.

---

From time to time he could hear voices in the darkness.

".....too weak...sending away."

"....new recruits!..."

"Alarm! That kid...Explode!...."

Then there were muffled sounds that resembled gunshots. And finally, silence again.

---

It took a very long time after that until the person finally woke back up. "Huh? Did I fall asleep without going to bed?"

"Oh, you are awake! What good news. How are you feeling?" A voice of a woman resounded and she looked at him worriedly.

Since he was lying around on something the person had to look up to the woman talking with him.

"What happened? Where am I?" The person was confused. Where exactly was he, that he was lying on a sleeping bag somewhere that looked like the wilderness. And who was that woman that was talking with him?

"Did you hit your head as well? Was the injury that bad? Let me recheck it, please." The woman came even closer and touched his chest to look at something.

A sharp pain rose up instantly after she did so and he groaned out in pain.

"Ah! I am sorry! Looks like the wound closed up but you will still have to rest for the time being. About your amnesia...I am sorry that I can't help you with that." The woman apologized and explained he was fine for now.

The person lay back to relieve some pain and wondered why he was injured in the first place.

He then tried to a closer look at the woman since he had nothing else to do. Sadly the low light made her face and figure more shadowy than anything. It was currently nighttime after all and weirdly enough there was no moon in the sky.

Not knowing what is going on he just sighed. "Thank you..."

"Oh, you are welcome. I can't just ignore someone as hurt as you were. That would be cruel. Now rest. It is for the best. Tomorrow I will make a tasty meal for you to get back your health."

He didn't know why but he felt happy suddenly. "Yeah...Good night..."

"Good night." The woman responded and the man once again fell asleep with tiredness overflowing him.

----

The next day when the sun slowly shone on his face he woke up again.

His body felt a lot lighter and moving it didn't feel as painful any longer.

It was a good thing that meant he could find out what the hell was going on currently.

With that in mind, the person slowly rose up from the sleeping bag. While doing so he saw some clothes and a trenchcoat nearby. It was probably the clothing he wore. Now his body was still bandaged all over.

Intrigued, the person picked it up and looked at the clothes. At first, it was normal menswear but soon he found a symbol on its left side that made the person´s eyes as big as watermelons.

´This can't be...The Red Ribbon Army symbol? Where am I?´

Being socked he looked around again and found the woman approaching him.

She seemed to have been awake a lot sooner than he was. And there was a little campfire not far away from him with some food being cooked.

Looking at the woman again he recognized her immediately. Now with the light, he could clearly see her features after all. Blue curly hair, dark sapphire eyes, yellow short pants, and a green small top that showed her belly button and was only held in place by two small red strips over her slender shoulders.

It was Launch from dragon ball.

´What the hell is going on?´ The person thought to himself.

"Ah, you are up. Did you sleep well? Are you hungry? The food is nearly done." Launch smiled at him with a very innocent and warming smile.

Looking at that smile the person calmed down a little bit. "Ah, yes. Thank you."

"What is your name? Do you at least remember that?" She asked him while putting a slightly worried look on her face.

The person thought for a while. "Ah yes. I am called Byo."

"Nice to meet you Byo. I am called Launch."

"...Nice to meet you as well, Launch."
