chapter 26 : city hospital

" Wow this was the city hospital " I muttered myself after seeing the Biggest building in the city, it was not only tall but it was also the largest in the city, at least larger than that carnival...

I have been walking for 10 minutes to the entrance gate from the road but I was still so far from the main entrance.

While walk on the small road, various people could be seen, the poor and the rich walking or sitting beside the front garden but I didn't saw Maggy there...why was she wanted to meet me here?

There were lots of people are present but the best thing that I examined while entering parameters was that the board with writing... Making noise is prohibited here, please do not make any voice...

I thought 'Finally, this was the first place I could relax and walk without hearing any pathetic or different noise made by vehicles... it's like a library everyone was minding their businesses, crying but with muffled noise... '

I approached near the main entrance but didn't saw maggy, so I pulled my cellphone from my pocket and decided to call her

me - Maggy

Maggy - Don where are you?

me - City hospital.. please come in ( I read the words written on the big board beside the entrance )

Maggy - ok wait there I am coming

I put back my cell phone in my pocket and after few moments I heard a Slapping sound from the other corner of the gate...

I froze on the ground after seeing that direction ..Scarlett

The woman next to her was looking at age in her 40s, she slapped her. fingerprints could be seen on her milky white face but the worst thing was our eyes locked with each other

She was staring at me while tears rolling down from her eyes even though she didn't lose eye contact with me

Suddenly, I felt something in my chest... my heart was beating fast, but this feeling was different I don't know what am feeling right now it was like somebody stabbed me in the heart regardless of that I couldn't feel any pain then what was it... I never witness something like this even in the underworld.

Again that woman grabbed her face and forcefully made her look back at her " you cursed girl... because of you, now your grandpa was laying on the bed "

" Please mom... not now. I beg you-" Scarlett started sobbing as she puts her hands on the women's hand

But again that woman grabbed her hair before pulling her close. she said something in a low voice before she let go of her...

I didn't know what to do but my body was started heating up as I realized my anger was raising like the last time in the dungeons of spiders... but this woman...I will make her pay

I am about to head towards them but that woman in a yellow dress went in with four black-clothed guys... except Scarlett. she was standing there like a statue looking at the ground.

I slowly approached her but before I could come close to her she went in at a fast speed...

I just stood there after she left...Dumbfounded

I hurriedly followed her and when entered the big white hall, lots of peoples came to my view, I scanned the crowd but wasn't able to see her. suddenly my attention caught by a beautiful girl standing in the corner...its Scarlett

I could see her standing afar from me with her mother but surprisingly they were smiling. I started walking in that direction but someone grabbed my hand..." where are you going? "

I glanced at maggy for a brief moment before turning back at Scarlett ...she was already left... what the hell was she was blessed with lord Hermes' powers...

I approached the counter, Maggy was also following me in the confusion...

" That girl a few moments ago... where did she go?" I asked a girl standing behind the counter with a white dress

" I am sorry sir, we can't reveal, others information and especially When our patients from big families"

I looked at her few moments as I tried to say something else so she could tell me where she went

" That girl... Who was she and why are you looking for her? " Maggy lets out while pouting. An amused smile placed on the girl's face who was standing behind a corner

" Which family does she belong to? " I asked curiously because she never has had told me about her family

that girl stretched her arms upwards before answering me, I took a glimpse of her curves but again I focused on getting answers from her

" Dragon clan" she leans forward and placed her both hands on the counter

Maggy crossed her arms glaring at her

Amidst talking, she grabbed my hand whirling me in another direction

" I didn't call you here, to fool around with other girls "

even after she was dragging me away I tried to see if I can see her but I couldn't get any clue where she went ... What humans like to call it... oh luck.. my luck was shitty like my system...

As she opened a door I saw a small girl sitting on her small bed looking out of the window.

As the door opens, That girl looks at Maggy and lets out briskly " sis"

Maggy hugged her tightly for few moments, again that small girl looks at me from the bed as they separate from each other

I approached close to her and forwarded my hand towards her " Don "

Maggy shocked at first cause I never introduced myself first, As she saw were Eva shaking my hands, she quickly signs of relief before sitting beside her sister

That small human with her small and delicate hands, shaking my hands up and down for few moments with a cheerful smile on her face

" Eva "

I smiled back hearing her sweet voice like nymphs...

" So you are my sister's boyfriend"...

an awkward silence falls on the entire room...
