Memphis entertainment was still a top entertainment agency even with all the scandals. So everyone would be interested in any group debuting from the agency.
The Production Director of THE ROASTER Kwon Shilk immediately approached Chief Yoo to get more information.
He walked to where Chief Yoo stops by the wall and said, "Chief Yoo since you accompanied Chung-ae here, are you also in charge of Vixen?"
Chief Yoo nodded, "Yes, PD Kwon. I take care of every member of the group".
"That is good", he glanced at the stage and continued, "I don't know when Memphis entertainment plan on debuting them but I have a new program coming up in the winter, during Christmas to be more precise.
"I don't know if Memphis entertainment would be willing to send VIXEN and maybe ECHO. It is a show to celebrate the session, it would be really good for their reputation since we plan on working with a few orphanages"
Chief Yoo felt like jumping but she held in the excitement so as not to seem desperate and replied, "the girls would have debuted by then, please give me the program's proposal so that I can present it to my Director".
PD Kwon smiled and replied, "Don't worry I will have my assistant draft it and hand it over to you before you leave."
"Thank you, PD. Please let me know if a slot opens up on an episode of THE ROASTER, when. the girls' debut in a few months".
"I will keep you informed, we can never have enough guests. Plus I want to have a good working relationship with you", he replied before the assistant director ran over to speak to him.
Chief Yoo's lips curved up once he was out of sight, she was excited and just wanted to rush straight to Director Oh's office and give him the good news. Chung-ae and Chief Yoo returned to the dressing room ten minutes after they were done recording.
PD Kwon's assistant arrived with the proposal just as Chung-ae changed into her normal clothes. They left after saying goodbye to PD Kwon and the host.
Chung-ae followed down to the parking lot, She ran into her former members Munhee and Danbi at the door. They were both accompanied by the there members of their new group and their manager a tall plumpy woman with soft features.
Chung-ae was typing slowly on her phone when she heard her name, she brought down her phone and looked up. She expected it to be her Chief Yoo but was surprised when she saw that it was Munhee.
"it has been a while Chung-ae", Munhee said as she separated from her group and walked toward her.
"Munhee, how have you been", Chung-ae held her phone with one hand as she hugged Munhee. She smiled as the familiar vanilla scent of Munhee's perfume diffused into her nose.
She rubbed Munhee's back gently before pulling away, "I read that you are debuting in a few days, congratulations".
Munhee nodded with a wide smile, "I wanted to call but my manager seized my phone".
"Oh, I did not know INSPIRE entertainment took that angle".
"They do but at least we are not on that horrible cabbage diet. I missed using my phone but since it is for a good cause. I don't mind, how are the girls"
"They are good, Sun-Hi moved into my room. She replaced you".
Munhee chuckled, "I am not surprised, she has been eying our room since we moved in. About leaving... I am sorry. I had_"
"Just stop, you don't have to explain yourself. You did what was good for your career, I understand".
"But Sun-hi_"
"Sun-hi will get over herself. She of all people should understand how you felt", Chung-ae looked down at Munhee's wrist, "are they treating you well?"
"Yes, we get along well. It was a little awkward at first but we got closer during the debut preparation".
"Good and Danbi?"
Munhee scuffed, "come on It is Danbi we are talking about. She can annoy even a Saint, you know she likes to be the centre of attention".
Chung-ae shook her head, "don't let her walk all over you."
"I won't", She looked over her shoulder as her manager called her name and nodded.
"I shouldn't keep you", Chung-ae let go of her wrist, "get going". Munhee hugged her one last time before running inside. Chung-ae Watch her leave before walking to the company's van.
Chief Yoo had flashed the light to draw her attention when she arrived, the door slid open as she got closer.
