"What?"
"Grandma?"
"Mom..."
The descendants of the Jones family were dumbstruck.
Some of the guests nearby looked horrified at William Cole.
Karen Jones couldn't believe it: "Grandfather, didn't grandma pass away three months ago?"
"She was already buried. We all attended her funeral."
"How did grandma turn into a zombie?"
Old Master Jones blinked, tears glistening in his eyes.
"Ah."
William Cole sighed, "I guess Old Master Jones couldn't bear to part with his wife, so after she was buried, he had her dug out again."
"He set up a fake grave, fooling his children."
"With no place to keep the body, Old Master Jones brought it home. I don't know why, but Old Master Jones' wife's corpse turned into a zombie."
He paused momentarily before continuing, "Zombies crave human blood. If deprived of it and kept confined, they wouldn't survive long."
"So, Old Master Jones fed himself to the zombie, letting it suck his blood!"
"What?" The Jones family was greatly shocked.
