She took a seat by the window, camera still clutched in her hand, and ordered a cup of coffee. As she waited for her drink, she noticed a man sitting across from her, his eyes fixed on her with a curious intensity. He was ruggedly handsome, with a strong jawline and piercing blue eyes that seemed to see right through her. Samantha felt a flutter in her chest, but she quickly looked away, her mind whispering warnings of past heartaches.
