2.the system can only be used once a month.

3.if you do not use the system during one of the months it will not stack up your chances so you must use it before the month ends

4.when you use the system you can only buy 3 things at a time

5.trading system points for currency is apart of the 4th restrictions.

6.host cannot use the wishes he has remaining to change anything about the system and restriction.

hearing the restrictions for the system it did not really phase me although the restrictions are huge at the moment I don't really need anything right now so I decided not to worry about it. (but not being able to wish to change any of the restriction did )
