(Part 6)

Xianwu gazed at the demon in shock. "Bidding the future of his own wife and daughter…? Yeying shouldn't let something like this happen…" she thought. "If the bidder is okay with it. Then, let the bet be set!!" claimed the demon.

"No… Unforgivable! I must stop them…" Xianwu thought in fury. Rushing towards the stairs Xianwu was about to interrupt however, a strong hand had already grabbed her arm pulling her back.

"Huh?!" Xianwu asked surprised turning around to find Weixiao gazing back at her in worry, moving his head sideways he stopped her. "Stop! Your highness! Don't be so reckless. Let's wait and see." he whispered.

"Lord Thunder master?!" Xianwu asked puzzled. Weixiao sighed grasping her shoulders with his head held low. "I am glad I made it on time. Or else, who knew what you could've done." He told in relief.

"Crown princess, this is how the inferno city always is don't take any harsh steps. All kinds of demons come here and commit heinous of crimes and treasons. This is just a part of it." He told.

Xianwu hearing his words stared at the stage below gravely. The gluttony demon licking his lips counted the profit in his bet before answering. "Lord Thunder master, where were you all this time?" Xianwu asked composing herself. "I was off tending some important matters. Haiz… I arranged to meet with Su Yuewei here. The moment I stepped in the inferno city. I lost your sight so, I decided to find Su Yuewei and meet you here since, you knew about the Auction hall as well. I just guessed that you might be here. And, thanks goodness you were." Weixiao told.

Xianwu looked at him, "You arranged to meet with Crown princess Yuewei here?" Weixiao nodded looking at her with a smile.

"Yes, Su Yuewei is the ruler of Tian Mountains of the North. So I thought a place famous like here would be best for us to meet and team up." He told.

"Come on!! Stop lingering and place the bet!!" called one of the demons. "Haha!! Or are you scared now? Regretting your decision?" asked the other. "Haha!! Such a weakling! You better give up! All of us are waiting for the next bet!!" claimed another.

Xianwu and Weixiao stared at each other in worry. "I can't help but be worried… what if he places the bet…?" Xianwu thought in worry. Fidgeting her middle fingers she stared at the outcome gravely which was about to be unfolded right before her eyes.

The gluttony demon licked his tongue, "I be…!" he screamed however, before he could he was ruthlessly struck behind his neck with a heavy metal scabbard. Crack! Crack! His neck went.

"Arghh!!" he screamed in between. "It hurts. My neck! It hurts!" he continued to scream. The whole Auction hall went silent as Xianwu and Weixiao too gazed in shock.

"What happened?!" asked the demons surprised. "What a savage, viscious heart!!' whispered a voice as the scabbard flew towards the figure's hand back again. The figure cladded in a long white robe dressed as a male walked forward, her hairs tied into a long ponytail while its sword laid in his hands tightly clutched. Wearing a black veil on her face she made her way towards the gluttony demon, kicking him hard which made him fall on the ground.

"Argh…" the gluttony demon cried and trembled in pain grabbing his neck.

"It's alright if just you want a slave or any other creature but to bet someone else's life over it?!" it angered while pointing his finger. "Bet your own life if you want to! How dare you use your own wife and daughter's life and future as betting chips? You are not worthy to be called a man much less a father!!" she shouted in rage. Xianwu soon recognizing the figure stood dumbfounded with Weixiao

"Lord Thunder Master… did you not… tell her that we had to stay inconspicuous and… she should remain unnoticed?" she asked in surprise. Weixiao slammed his hand on his forehead. "I did… I really did… sigh… Su Yuewei, this is how she is…forget it, I don't know anything anymore…" he replied speechless.

Xianwu standing up blinked her eyes with Su Yuewei's sight. "Thunder master is right… looks like she hasn't changed at all." She wondered.

Behind the black curtain, the figure cladded in black surrounded by silver nightingales gazed at the sight before his eyes smirking, "Ha… creating commotion in my territory… you're pretty daring." He spoke twirling the glass filled with red syrup.

Hearing the voice Xianwu turned around to face the curtain in surprise.

"This voice…." She whispered. The demon women standing before the curtain walked aside.

Su Yuewei turned around climbing up the stage she stared at the curtain questioning, "Are you the owner of this Auction hall?" Turning around she traced the chaotic sight all around the hall.

"This place a wretched hole, covered with blinding black smoke with all the visitors being demons, ghosts and wicked spirits. What kind of creatures are coming here committing evil deeds?" she asked.

The demons gazing at each other eyed her in anger. "Who the hell is he? Isn't he one of us if he's here?" asked one of them.

"Talking as if he's a human, that rascal!" sneered another. "Who are you to barge in here and start pointing your fingers at us?" asked another.

"Hell! Yeah! Get lost! If you have a problem." Endorsed another. The gluttony demon still winced in pain. "Tch, one of you… looks like there is no humanity in a place like this…" she whispered. "If that's so! Then, a place like this doesn't need to exist!!" she angered.

Turning around she kicked the table placed with jewels and ornaments towards the curtain.

"Yuewei!" Xianwu thought worriedly as she clutched the rail tightly. The table kicked with full force flew towards the curtain. With the gust of wind the curtain flew revealing the imposing figure.

The figure smirked lifting his right arm pointing his middle and index finger together towards the table he soon rebounded it towards Su Yuewei. The table suddenly changing its direction once more flew towards her twice the force.

Su Yuewei who was suddenly alerted pushed the table back which hit her with a loud bam with her hands getting hurt she was forced back. However, using the last bit of her strength she was able to stop the table before her.

Eyeing the figure behind the curtain in anger she stood straight back again. Observing Su Yuewei and her endurance the figure sneered.

Lifting his fingers up once more he shattered the table into tiny little pieces which were struck around Su Yuewei creating a prison. "Tch!" Su Yuewei clicked her tongue annoyed.
