Once Davis kissed Yotan, he let her go and gained some distance as though looking into the horizon again, leaving her standing all confused and fluffy inside.
Truthfully, he felt like he had messed up since he wanted to confess and accept her acceptance grandly with his wives around so Yotan could also see she had their approval.
