Sairyoku And Tsukasa's Love For Each Other

Noticing the excitement in Tsukasa's voice and the joy on her face, Sairyoku smiled back, "Welcome, Tsukasa-chan."

"I'd do anything to protect the smile on your face, even if it causes the frown of others."

Hearing Sairyoku's determined voice, Tsukasa sighed, "Just don't go overboard."

"Since you are doing it for my sake, I can only support you and stay by your side even if the world condemns you. After all, it's a duty of a wife to support her husband, right?"

"If I can't love you even with all the things you have done for my sake, then who else will?"

Sairyoku hugged Tsukasa tightly as he exclaimed, "Ah! I love you Tsukasa-chan!"

"Only you can understand me!"

Tsukasa returned Sairyoku's hug as she enjoyed the warmth of his body. "I love you too, dear."

She had spent a lot of time with no one who could treat her for who she was. Others like Tokiko had only managed to understand her but they couldn't relate to her situation.

That was the difference between a mortal and an immortal. It was only this time that Tsukasa managed to meet someone with the same situation as her albeit the person she met had an even heavier secret than hers.

Tsukasa had already witnessed the cruelty of the human race as well as history itself. She wasn't indifferent to life, but she could tolerate it if it was for her and Sairyoku's sake.

'As long as he loves me, nothing else matters in this world. I've already done what I could do for human history. So from now on, I'll focus on my and my husband's happiness.'

While Tsukasa was fantasizing about the past if Sairyoku was with her, Sairyoku noticed Tsukasa's expressions and read her like an open book.

"Don't linger too much on the past. Although, if you really want to, I can go back in time and meet you in the past."

Hearing Sairyoku's words, Tsukasa looked at him with expectation, "Can you?"

In response, Sairyoku both nodded his head and shook his head afterward before saying, "I can but I can't do it now."

Although Sairyoku's reply was vague, Tsukasa had experienced some of Sairyoku's power via the Skill Share so she could understand what he meant.

Tsukasa sighed, "I see. My past had involved extraterrestrial creatures like those moon envoys so if you want to achieve a perfect time travel, you need to reach a power level that can affect the entire universe."

"Otherwise, going back in time now will only create a parallel universe instead of traveling to the past of this universe since your power can't reset the entire universe yet."

Tsukasa wasn't normally this smart and savvy. Even in the original manga, Tsukasa couldn't understand most of the scientific explanations given by Nasa.

Tsukasa wasn't lying when she believed and often said to Sairyoku that she wasn't the most beautiful girl nor the smartest girl.

However, all of this was possible due to Tsukasa temporarily sharing the Ultimate Analyst talent with Sairyoku.

After hearing Tsukasa's analysis, Sairyoku nodded, "Yes. If I want to travel in time, I need to revert the entire universe back to the time of your past. Otherwise, if my time travel creates a parallel universe due to insufficient power, then the 'You' in that world isn't the 'You' that has married me in this timeline."

"The Tsukasa in the parallel universe is your parallel self and not your true self."

"Furthermore, if I proceeded with the time travel since my time travel will only create a parallel universe, then it's like I left you in the main universe and traveled to the parallel universe."

Tsukasa digested Sairyoku's explanation before replying, "Isn't this too complicated? Can't you just preserve my memories and transfer them to the parallel self Tsukasa?"

"Wouldn't that technically be regression? I don't see anything wrong with that."

Sairyoku nodded, "I have thought of that, but I still don't want to risk it. Unless it's a 100% guarantee, then it's not worth the risk since we are fine as it is."

"If I have enough power, I'd love to fulfill your wish since I also don't want you to be alone for 1,400 years. However, if doing so would even have a very small chance of changing you into another 'you', then let's just maintain the status quo."

Tsukasa took the initiative to kiss Sairyoku before replying, "Don't worry, dear. I understand. We still have a lot of years ahead of us so let's enjoy our honeymoon in other worlds first."

Seeing that Tsukasa understood his intentions, Sairyoku was glad.

Sairyoku replied, "Speaking of our honeymoon, I'll ask the chat group to send you an invitation to join it. Although only the bros are in the chat group, the chat group didn't specify that it is a male-only chat group so I'm sure you can join."

"The only problem left is to acquire an invitation from the chat group but I'll make it work."

Tsukasa hugged Sairyoku and nodded her head, "Okay, I'll do the dishes while waiting for the invitation."

Just as Tsukasa said, she immediately picked up the used dishes on the kitchen table and placed them on the sink. Afterward, she wore an apron and started washing the dishes.

While Tsukasa was occupied with the household chores, Sairyoku contacted the chat group AI.

"Hey, chat group, you there?"

Sairyoku asked the chat group as he called out to it.

Since Tsukasa already knew about the chat group's existence, Sairyoku no longer had to worry about the possibility of Tsukasa looking at him like a mentally ill patient for talking out loud to the air in front of him.

Rather than looking like he was talking to the air, it was like he was having a call with someone.

After Sairyoku asked that question to the chat group, he soon received a response from the chat group.

[Host, I'm here.]

"Oh, good. I was wondering if I could invite Tsukasa to the chat group?"

After pausing for a while, the chat group responded.

[I'm afraid not. The chat group will only have new members after the first chat group mission is completed.]

[As for chat group invitations, they will only be available if you obtain them from the chat group lottery. Or, the chat group members have completed a lot of missions and as the admin, you will obtain a free chat group invitation that you can give out to anyone.]

[There are also other ways to obtain a chat group invitation but you and the other chat group members haven't met the requirements to obtain them yet.]

[However, there is one way you can obtain a chat group invitation from me but that requires you trading something of the same value to me in exchange for the chat group invitation.]

Hearing the chat group's response, Sairyoku asked, "What do you want in return? I don't think I have anything of the same value that I can exchange with you."

[In fact, you do.]

Sairyoku's eyes widened in surprise as he looked at the chat group incredulously, "Wait, you don't mean?"

[Yes, I meant that. I want the one sign-in chance you haven't used yet.]

[In exchange for that, I'd offer the chat group invitation which you can use to invite your wife into the chat group.]
