Helena sat leaning against the wall, watching her sister who was still floating motionlessly. She realized Henela would remain there forever if they did nothing, but at the same time, there was a hope she would suddenly wake up and behave as usual. Although annoying, Helena never wished Henela would end up like this, especially not in such a horrifying way that they still didn't fully understand.
Her hair was messy, her face no longer had the glow it used to have. Just an empty shell with a lifeless stare that made Elder Maveth sigh deeply as he walked closer.
"Helena, you should rest. Tomorrow is the day we need to prepare Mind Protection for them. Even though mana can be replenished subconsciously, your mental state is still needed to use that skill," he said with concern.
