Hunt and eat
Felix looked at all the carcasses and knew what's missing.
Felix turned towards the location where the giant wild pig escaped and looked at Ron at the top of the tree branch and said,
"Wait here, Ron."
He walked away from Ron and calculated based on his heightened senses that the giant wild pig is about 4 kilometers away after escaping for just 3 minutes.
'I haven't tested my full speed yet.'
Felix prepared give all the speed he has to catch the giant wild pig, he lowered his body while one of his leg is facing forward and kicked towards the ground, jumping diagonally!
Boom!
An area of 20 meters trembled and shook, and even though Ron is about 30 meters away from where Felix jumped , he saw the trees near where his brother jumped collapse.
Felix was amazed that he managed to jump a hundred meters above the trees, while jumping diagonally.
7 seconds after he jumped, he heard the giant wild pig shriek.
The giant wild pig felt like a god is trying to hunt him, and immediately sacrificed some of its cultivation to speed up itself.
In Sonder, cultivation is not unique to humans, one can even say that there are more animal cultivators than humans.
The only difference is that animal cultivators have different cultivation ranking.
This giant wild pig is a level 4 beast, while the alpha before is a level 3 beast,
the difference is very apparent as it even required 19 of level 2 wolves to fight it alone with the help of a level 3 alpha.
'It can still run that fast even after being injured like that?' Felix pondered while air resistance started to fend off his initial speed.
He gradually fell down through the lush forest, and strucked a swamp violently!
Splash
A big splash of water formed, and different variation of fishes died instantly!
Felix then located the giant wild pig again, while calculating its distance.
A hundred meters away.
He noticed a wide tree near the shoreline of the swamp while musing to himself,
'That might work.'
He walked towards it on the shallow swamp, while forming small splashes along the way.
Once he got close to it, he looked in the direction of the giant wild pig and estimated its distance.
One Kilometers!
Felix sneered and jumped slightly above the ground.
He then rotated himself 90 degrees while on air, while his bended knees pointed towards the wide tree.
He strucked his feet violently towards it, and horizontally propelled himself through the forest faster than the speed of sound!
As for the wide tree, it exploded to fragments.
While travelling tilted and horizontally, he is using the trees as stairs along the way to traverse through the thick vegetation of Dale forest, seemingly unaffected by the strong gravity of the planet Sonder.
In just 3 seconds, he saw the giant wild pig just 20 meters away from him.
The giant wild pig glanced at him and shrieked while instantly reversing its escaping direction, intending to trick him!
It lowered its head and pointed its tusks towards felix who was still traveling horizontally.
Felix didn't falter and punched towards the skull of the pig, not wanting to damage its tusks.
Bang! Splurt
A loud explosive sound rang throughout the forest while a 1 meter wide crater appeared below them.
The giant wild pig fell down with a hole on its skull, where Felix arms is located.
He then balanced himself on the deep crater while his arms was still inside the skull.
Felix almost vomited because of the texture of the brain matter cladding his arms, and immediately retrieved his arms.
As he retrieved his fist, a smoke was still escaping from his fist and from the skull hole, proving the intensity of the collision.
After paying respect to the giant wild pig, the system streamed a small amount of data into his mind, asking him.
[DO YOU WANT TO CONVERT THE CARCASS OF THE LEVEL 4 BEAST INTO A DIGITAL ITEM AND KEEP IT IN THE VIRTUAL SPACE?]
Felix nodded. He already know such function of the system, on the roof of the building before, he tried to convert Ron into a digital item, but the system said that Ron owns himself, even when he asked Ron to tell him that he owns Ron, the system still didn't allow it, because Ron still subconsciously think that he is the owner of himself, hence, even with those fake words, he can't own Ron.
One exception is the robe, because Ron with his heart, agreed to give him the robe when he told him, that's why the system accepted Ron's robe as his.
He thought he found a loophole, but the system is actually clever!
He also tried it with different things along the way to the Dale forest, he tried to the same for the entire Relyc city, but it didn't work, because the system said it was under the governance of Pollux country.
Not just that, he also tried it with the trees and random things in the Dale forest, but oh, the system just replied with, "It is under the governance of the Lower continent and the empire. You don't own it."
Even then, the system said that he can freely own creatures only if they are dead, or if they don't have the mental capacity to think that they own themselves.
Along the way, while travelling with Ron, he unintentionally unalived a bunch of ants and other microorganism while running.
He agreed to allow the system to convert those dead creatures into digital items, and even managed to make the system level up by making a progress on a hidden quest, that the system still didn't reveal. On leveling up the system, he managed to get an ability to store things in his virtual space!
That's the reason the system asked him if he wants to keep the giant wild pig infront of him.
The carcass of the giant wild instantly disappeared from the spot where it died, and appeared in his virtual space.
After returning to the battlefield where the carcasses of the wolves are situated, he immediately took them in his virtual space.
He then took Ron back from the tree branch. After going down, Felix immediately heard a borborygmi from Ron's stomach, indicating that he is hungry!
Felix smile and said, "let's cook the wolves."
"I think it's better for us to just sell it."
Ron disagreed.
Felix just shook his head and disappeared infront of Ron, he plans to look for spices in the forest for the wolf meat.
With his amazing sense of smell, it didn't take him 5 minutes to gather hundreds of different spices.
The spices in the Dale forest are similar from the spices found on earth. Albeit the quality is better because of the existence of mana.
After returning, Ron just nervously hid his fear because he was left alone for 5 minutes, and laughed it off after seeing that Felix came back.
Felix then took down a medium sized tree by chopping it using his fist.
After breaking it into smaller parts, he gathered all of it into a small hill.
He then started a fire by sliding his palms against each other, and burned one of wood parts.
In this world, you can only become a true cultivator if you managed to break through the Level 1 elemental identity realm just after the level 9 mana gathering realm.
In the 1st level of elemental identity realm, you will get the ability to use your elemental affinity embedded in your soul at birth. based on textbooks, there are only four recorded affinity in the Pollux country; water, fire, earth, and wind.
Although in the Erad empire, there are six that includes the four mentioned before, and then ice and lava.
Although Felix managed to create a fire using just the friction of striking his palms against each other, that doesn't make him an elemental identity cultivator. Even then, based on his knowledge, no level 9 mana gathering realm cultivator has the physical strength to make a fire by just using their palms.
Ron saw that his brother managed to make a fire, and then shockly said, "Brother, you broke through again?"
"No, I just used the friction of my palms."
Felix said, which confused Ron. He didn't know what friction mean, but he didn't ask any further.
After that, Felix entered his virtual space, and teleported to the location of the carcasses.
21 carcasses appeared, including the giant wild pig.
In his virtual space, no time passes, that means everything inside here is preserved.
He imagined chopping one of the wolves into his desired size, and then it got chopped immediately without any delay, while teleporting the claws and other inedible parts away.
This is the best thing that he can do with his perception, he shouldn't still change any part of his body, except probably, his hair and nails.
Doing these actions on dead bodies is easier than doing it on his own body.
What if his intrusive thoughts won!?

After chopping the wolf, he then imagined teleporting the pelt of the wolf away, which then happened as he wished.
'The removal is flawless! It looked like it was assiduosly removed, and the edible part are all retained.' Felix muttered in his mind.
He then imagined the spices he collected earlier to be crushed into a fine red paste.
That contains hundreds of different spices that he found.
He covered each of the chopped meat with the red paste, then he imagine making micro tears on the chopped meat.
After that, he inserted the red paste inside the micro tears of these chopped meat, this will make sure that the flavor will be evenly distributed and will still be tasted after the coating is removed.
Then he imagined seperating all the bones that he can find in the chopped pieces of meat, but decided to keep 2 of the longest bones for some reason.
He is by no means a cook! in his previous life, the only thing that he can cook are eggs and instant noodles.
But his enchanced perception made him feel like this will definitely taste good!
After seperating the 2 of the longest bones, he shaped them into spikes. He will use these as sticks to pierce and cook the meat.
After making sure that everything is ok, he exited the space with his mind.
Felix took out the long bones that are shaped into spikes, and took out one piece of meat out of thin air. At least, based on Ron's POV while looking at his brother delicately inserting the first piece.
"Hmm… it smells good." Ron said while his stomach made another borborygmi.
His brother hasn't even started cooking yet, but those red paste smells good.
Felix just smiled and didn't reply back, he just kept adding more and more chopped meat on the 2 long stick bones.
He just continued doing this until he had already took out all of the chopped meat in his virtual space.
Felix then gave one of the long stick to Ron and said, "You're just here to watch me do all these?"
Then continued, "Kids nowadays are really something."
Ron just sticked his tongue out at Felix and took the long stick filled with chopped meat.
They then both walked towards the campfire and started cooking the meat.
Not long after, an invigorating smell permeated the surroundings.
"Good thing you didn't allow me to disagree on hunting." Ron said with unsated gaze while holding the long stick above the campfire.
Felix just laughed and didn't say anything.
After a while, he said, "It's cooked."
Ron then immediately retrieved the long bone stick from the campfire and blew air on the chopped pieces at the tip of the stick.
After a moment, he bited a small chunk of it.
"So delicious!" Ron said in surprise, feeling like he is fainting!
The red paste that covered the meat had crystallized, and its heavenly taste continued to bewilder his sense of taste!
Felix then also tried a piece and felt like Ron's expression is not an exaggeration! It's definitely the best piece of meat that he ever tasted in his life!
The evenly distributed red paste inside didn't disappoint him!
The two continued to gluttonously devour the wolf meat.
