Leo heard the clamor of the market vendors advertising their wares, including one hawking swords: "If you want a sword, this is the place! It's brand new, and I'm selling it because I'm going to buy a new one!" Leo wasn't interested in purchasing anything and continued past the other vendors' shouts.

But then, he heard another vendor shouting, "If you're looking for unique techniques and treasures, this is the best and cheapest place you'll find!" Leo was about to ignore the stall, but he suddenly heard an alarm sound in his head and saw a system window open up in front of him. He immediately stopped walking and examined the screen.

Leo came to a halt and scanned his surroundings after receiving the alert from the system. 'Am I lucky or not?' he thought, feeling apprehensive about the situation. He turned to his right to locate the source of the noise and heard the same shout again. Leo answered expressionlessly, "I'm just browsing. There's no need for your help. If I find something, I'll call you." He spoke in a tone that implied he wanted to be left alone. The owner looked shocked and terrified after seeing Leo's reaction. Leo knew that he was having difficulty controlling his aura, which was a result of the nightmare he had experienced before. He felt like a ticking time bomb, and he knew that it was all because of Derek. Because of Derek, Leo's buried memories in his subconscious were starting to come out alongside his other persona.

Leo waited for a moment and then heard the owner respond in a polite tone, "Of course, junior brother, take your time." He watched as the owner quickly moved to the other end of the stall, wiping the look of deceit from his face. Leo resumed his investigation, meticulously inspecting every item on the stall. After a while, he found the item that would create a disturbance in the flow of destiny.

After a while, Leo stopped laughing only to realize that people in his surroundings were backing off, giving him complex expressions.

Ignoring the people's reactions, Leo turned to the owner of the stall in the corner and asked, "How much is this space ring?" Leo noticed the owner contemplating for a moment, likely hesitant to decide whether to scam him or not. Impatient, Leo asked again with a sharper tone. The owner finally replied, "Ten spirit stones." Leo purchased the ring and pretended to put it inside his robe, but instead placed it in his system inventory. He thought, "I will extract it later, when I find a suitable time and place." then Leo left the market and continued his journey to the jade city.
