Harvey woke first among the squad and didn't know what to do. He decided to wake Felix first. He felt that he had come a long way with him. He leaned down and woke him with a kiss.
Felix didn't know what to expect this early in the morning. He was about to open his eyes when he felt someone kiss him. It couldn't possibly be Salvador, he would've felt it, it wasn't Ella either. Harvey!
Startled, Harvey sat upright and looked into Felix's eyes. "You're awake, good morning." He said embarrassed. Among all the crimes for him to commit and be caught was kissing someone. He looked away immediately.
"Good morning, it seems like you woke up on the good side of the bed." Felix smiled at the awkwardness between them and Harvey was not helping him at all. "Come here." He stretched a hand forward which Harvey took and brought him to him and kissed him soundly.
"That's how to wake someone from sleep the right way. You want to try again?" Felix asked, looking at Salvador.
"No, not him." Harvey countered.
"But why?" Felix muffled his laughter and ended up smiling hard instead.
"I don't know, it's better kissing you than him." Harvey admitted,
"Well that's bad, because you still do not just like but love the idea of kissing him. We don't want a problem or misunderstanding among ourselves, do we?" When Harvey nodded, he continued, "then make everyone feel special not leaving a single person behind. Go ahead." Felix encouraged him.
"Here goes nothing." Harvey said as he went to where Salvador was laying and kissed him. To his dismay, Salvador seemed to be just waking and kissed him back. He'd have moved away had Salvador not held onto his neck to kiss him more.
"Good morning to you too. I needed that." Salvador said when their lips parted. Letting go of Harvey, he turned to Felix accusingly, "Nothing for me, good morning?"
With a smile, Felix went to him and kissed him. Their kiss lasted longer than the one Harvey got, and for some reasons, Harvey was very okay about it.
None of the boys noticed when Ella woke nor when she moved. She used that time as an escape route to reduce the number of people she's going to kiss. She moved closer to Harvey as quietly as she could and turned his head to her and kissed him. She felt his body stiff but slowly loosen up.
Harvey didn't know what to expect, he was so engrossed looking at the picture of Salvador and Felix kissing that he didn't notice when Ella woke, up to the point that her lips were on his. He froze when he first felt her lips on his not that he didn't know she's the only person that could've kissed him, but he froze because he didn't expect her to kiss him but rather the other way round.
He decided to go with the flow and let himself go. He kissed her back soundly. "Good morning, wifey." He said when their lips parted with a smile.
"Good morning." She replied shyly.
"Nothing for us too?" Felix argued lightly.
"Well, you were busy when I woke, good morning." She said as she moved closer and kissed them one after another.
"I'll like you to come with me to my home and to meet my father, of course if you're not busy." Felix said when she'd kissed him.
"Oh, that'll be lovely. I don't mind coming with you." She replied with a smile and gave him another kiss.
"Then what of my family, or his?" Harvey asked.
"Well, now that you've mentioned it, we can go another day. Let's make it a day for all of your visits." She said.
"You want to only spend a day and leave, that's too short." Felix countered.
"Wait what are you driving at? You can't expect me to go to your kingdom and spend more than a day when you won't be around with me there." She argued.
"I'll be around, of course I'll be around." Felix replied.
"But isn't that being too selfish?" She asked.
"I don't understand." Felix said.
"If I spent a week or more at your place, then what happened to them?" She asked.
"We'll wait, we'll be here when you're back." Salvador replied.
"And if he wants to know what happens during the week, he will when you visit another person's family." Harvey said.
She almost felt insulted above all, but what did she expect to marry three men from different backgrounds and places. Had it been that the three of them had liked each other before or probably married to themselves, she wouldn't have been thinking of a stable home to build her family.
They are different and have different mindsets, but she doubts if either of the boys knew how she felt at the moment. They are hurting her and she didn't like it. She took a deep breath and tried to remain positive.
"I'm hungry and tired. But I'll have to shower up first before I get my day moving. Should we start?" She asked with a smile.
"Sure, why not?" Felix said quietly but optimistically.
"I thought we had already started our day." Harvey reckoned.
"Of course." Salvador said and stood up.
They showered mostly in silence and less touching. Except for the part where Ella took the sponge from Salvador and scrubbed his back. The dragon tattooed on his back was appealing.
When they finished, got dressed and went downstairs to prepare what to eat. Ella cooked and served them on the dining table with a thank you followed by another. She sat down herself and ate more than she'd normally have.
The boys watched her closely as she ate. When her plate was empty, she'd fill it back and eat till it became empty again. She repeated the process more than three times before she finally stopped and sat back. But they didn't say anything, she has the right to eat as much food as she wants.
She sat back on her chair and tried to breathe. Whatever it was that was making her eat so much food, she didn't like it. "My oh my!" She murmured.
She felt tingles on both sides of her neck. She rubbed the places repeatedly.
"Are you feeling okay, wifey?" Harvey asked. He has been looking at her ever since she started eating.
"Yes, just that my neck is itchy." She answered.
"Can I see?" Felix asked.
In reply, she moved her hair away from her neck. When she looked up to Felix, he looked dazed and so did Salvador. She didn't like the look, it made her think a lot about negative things.
"What's wrong with my neck?" She asked.
"Nothing, just marked." Harvey responded.
"What do you mean by 'marked?" She asked, she didn't like the game they were playing on her.
"The bite from the… the…." Felix stammered. He didn't know how to explain it.
"When we had sex, we… we… bit you then. That's the marks." Salvador said.
"Oh I see." She said.
"Are you still coming with me, or not?" Felix asked.
"I don't know, but definitely not today. But someday, okay?" She said.
"Okay, well thanks for breakfast but I have to run. See when I get back." Felix said as he kissed everyone and left.
Soon after, Salvador and Harvey followed suit and left the house. She was left alone again, but she should've gotten used to being left alone at home right? But she hasn't, she guess she still has a long way to go.
Her day was spent thoughtfully. She had all the time in the world to do her thinking and get her day's chores done.
She sat down and waited for them to return in the evening. Food was already prepared and set on the table, waiting for them to return.
None of them returned back till midnight. She was wide awake when they returned but pretended she was asleep. She was in the parlor then.
"You better make up your mind, she is mine and the sooner you all get it and leave us alone, the better for you." She heard someone say. The voice was so stern and hoarse that she couldn't say whose voice it was. But was certain it was either Salvador or Felix. But that was just an assumption.
"Well, I was about to say the same for you young man, don't provoke me and don't push me. You won't like me." Another voice said. It made her wonder why the change of voices. She lied still and listened.
"Guys, can you just please don't do this today at least not tonight. You always fight with each other every day for the same thing and whenever she's around, you behave like angels. What the hell guys, whatever this is, sort it out and out of it." Harvey said and walked on. His footsteps got closer until he placed a kiss on her forehead. "I've missed you wife." He murmured to her.
