A few days had passed since that taser incident. Anaaya expected something to happen after what she had done. But to her surprise, everything was calm, so calm to the point she started feeling uncomfortable. Dhruv continued to be awkward around her. The atmosphere in their home was more tense than the ones in the village.

Anaaya was confused and awkward as she never had a quarrel or difference of opinion with someone before. Whatever she said was the law or at least that was how the ones her age treated her. Until now she never had friends. She decided to take help from Charu to help her smooth the situation with him.

Charu thought of an idea to help them make up with each other. She was having a hard time to get them out of their home under the pretext of illness.

"Don't you see that Anaaya is running a fever? She needs to be looked upon by a doctor immediately." Charu frowned with her hands crossed over her chest.
