CHAPTER 43: The Stubbornness
"Arghhh!!" Aella screamed as her body was knocked out of the window by an ogre.
She flapped her arms in the air as her eyes widened out of fear. She was falling fast and nothing was going to save her.
Aella clamped her eyes shut as she thought of her family one last time before she would die from the great fall.
She thought of her mother, her father, and her annoying little sister. It was sad she wouldn't be able to see them one last time.
As she braced herself for the impact, she was slammed by something hard and a pair of arms held her up in the air.
Aella blinked her blue eyes open to see the sharp jawline of a beautifully crated male. When he glanced down at her, the glimmering aurous eyes sent a shudder down her spine.
"I told you to stay put but you never listen," Bane hissed as though he was annoyed.
