CHAPTER 123: The Farewell
Aella took one last look at the interior of the Castle with a mournful face clouding her face.
The memories she had spent in this Castle flooded her head and she couldn't help but smile at how fond she had grown of the place.
When she first woke up in the cell that Bane had kept her, she was terrified that the vicious demon had caught her so he could devour her as his meal.
Then she was brought to the room after her fever when she tried to attack Bane for taking off her clothes without her permission and that was the first time she was exposed to his magical powers.
The times she tried to escape but failed, she got injured numerously, she ate with Bane in the dining room, the monsters attacked the Castle, and even the times she fought with Bane were precious to her as she remembered it all.
The place she had been so adamant about running away from was the same place she felt reluctant and melancholy to leave.
