CHAPTER 119: The Spar

After she had run all around the premises, dodging the snow that Bane threw her way, the sun had begun to set, leaving a hue of amber in the sky.

Wanting to witness the beauty of the sun, Aella suggested they went up to the roof of the Castle for a better view.

Aella had a wide smile on her face as she witnessed the glowing ball gliding down slowly in the air.

"You look beautiful as the sun shines in your eyes," Bane muttered from beside her and she turned towards him.

"Do I now?" She mused and wiggled her eyebrows.

"Of course,"

"Well, thank you for the compliment," Aella scooted closer and rested her head on his shoulder.

She glanced down at the sight of the Castle from above. It would have been terrifying, seeing the wide expanse of snow from such a height but she wasn't afraid because of the male that was next to her.

She knew if she were to ever fall, he would be there to catch her.
