"Oh, Lord! How I wish Aurelia's handmaids were present to help me with all this!" Aella hissed as she tried to hold her hair in place with several pins.

"Just stay in one place, you dunderhead!" Aella cursed under her breath as she inserted another pin into her blonde locks.

"There, I think it worked!" She smiled widely as she slowly retracted her hands from her hair.

She turned her head to the side so she could see her clumsy handiwork and it turned out much better than she expected.

Aella pushed the skirt behind her as she got up from the stool to stand behind the mirror so she could see her reflection more clearly.

She had struggled to put on the huge white frock not because it wasn't up to her measurements but because the material was a lot much heavier than she expected.
