What Sort of Otherworldly Power Is That!
The man on a monocle, Ginger Levolin, called the Demon King by his current name and as Aaron had expected, all eyes looked his way since he wasted no time standing from his chair.
He stood, paused and looked around a bit, meeting several gazes of the normal candidates and then the eyes of his fellow VIP Candidates. With an expressionless face that did splendidly well in masking Aaron's current thoughts, he proceeded forward and headed toward the stage to join Ginger Levolin.
As the young man approached the stage, Ginger rubbed his chin slightly while observing him walk forward.
'That's strange,' he thought, adjusting his monocle as if placing it in a way that he would have a better look at Aaron.
'I can't seem to read him. Moreover, he doesn't behave like a novice in any way. He is certainly an interesting one to have been recommended by the Deputy Director herself.'
