Ep 4: The Knight and love

Alexander was walking until he arrived to a big lake. Which has beautiful water.

Alexander: Wow! Water! After fighting with a wolves herd, I need to refresh! (Drinking from it) Ah! That's refreshing!

But suddenly someone came out from the lake. It was a blonde girl. She was full naked and stretching her arms while feeling energized.

Alexander: (Confused and blushed) Eh?

She noticed his presence; she blushed and covered her body with her arms.

Girl: (Blushed) Ah! What are you staring?

Alexander: (Blushed) No! I wasn't staring you!

Girl: But you're still staring me!

Alexander: (Covering his eyes with his hands) Sorry!

Girl: (Blushed and upset) Unforgivable!

She summoned a magic staff and pointed to Alexander.

Alexander: Magic?

Girl: I won't forgive a peeker! Eat this! Flame storm!

She used a magic spell, attacking him but he used his sword to protect.

Alexander: Hey! That's dangerous! Are you trying to kill me?

Girl: A Knight?

Alexander: Don't attack me as if I were an enemy!

Girl: It's your fault for peeking me… (Blushing and covering with her arms) Ah! Don't look again!

Suddenly her staff was failing and exploited provoking a great explosion in the lake.

Alexander: What was that?

The girl was flying and fell. Alexander catched her at time.

Alexander: That magic art… somehow is like one of the wizard clan.

He was atoned to see her; she was beautiful but forgot she was naked. The girl waked up and realized he was too close with him.

Alexander: Who is this girl? She resembles the girl I met at the Enchanted forest.

Girl: (Waking up) Ah! Let me go! You rapist! Pervert!

Alexander: Hey, hey! I'm not a rapist, neither a pervert!

Suddenly their faces were too close, nearly to kiss, they were looking their eyes too deep.

Alexander: Those eyes and that expression.

Girl: Eh? That face… Perhaps?... Alexander?

Alexander: Helena? Is that you?

Helena: So it's you, Alexander.

Alexander: Helena! So it's you!

Helena: I'm glad it's you!

Alexander: How much time passed since we meet?

Helena: Many I think.

Alexander: I never thought you'll return soon.

Helena: Yeah, but… (Realizing she's still naked) Ah! Stop looking at me!

Alexander: (Turning back his head) Sorry!

Helena: Can you pass my clothes? It's just over there.

Alexander: Yes.

Alexander found a bag with girl clothes and gave to Helena. After dressing, Helena was with Alexander.

Alexander: Sorry, I didn't know you were here.

Helena: Really? I thought you were a guy who pretends to do something lewd.

Alexander: (Upset) No! By the way, why were you naked?

Helena: My mana was leaking and I needed to purify my magic inside my body. This lake has its water the essence to amplify the mana of any wizard. But only works with body touch directly.

Alexander: I see. I feel an energy, which restored my strength.

Helena: Then, why are you here too? You wanted learn magic?

Alexander: I was training after my assistant in Knight academy.

Helena: Wow! So you are training to be a Knight. Like we promised since years ago.

Alexander: And you were practicing to be a Sorceress. But what happened before with your staff?

Helena: After you saw me naked, I lost the focus in my mana. (Blushed) It's your fault, idiot.

Alexander: Yeah, sorry.

Helena: (In low voice and blushed) I'm glad you are the only boy to see me naked.

Alexander: What?

Helena: Nevermind!

Alexander: (Looking at her) You changed a little, I hardily recognize you.

Helena: Seriously? What changes do you see on me?

Alexander: Well… (Blushed and looking at her breasts) your bust growed…

Helena: (Hitting him) Pervert Knight!

Alexander: I didn't mean that.

Helena: But I'm happy to see you again.

Alexander: Helena. You finished your magic training with your family?

Helena: Yes. Recently I was assisting the Magic Academy.

Alexander: You are in the magic academy?

Helena: In some months, the Magic academy will send some of us to join to the Knight academy to form the new army for the kingdom.

Alexander: Yeah, King Carl told me that.

Helena: My family was informed. That's why I was training here.

Alexander: Me too! I want to show the result of my training.

Helena: Let's show our country our power!

Alexander: Yeah, I hope we can defend our country.

Some days later; Alexander and other young people were training. Alexander was fighting with other guy. He beat him with a sword.

Guy: What a strength you have. As expected from Percival's son.

Alexander: Thanks for remembering my father.

Guy: Of course, he saved my family before. Also you have the highest rank in all trainings.

Alexander: I want to be like my father. To protect this Kingdom.

Bully: (Walking to him) Hey blondy kid! Don't presume a lot because you are a son of a knight!

Alexander: What?

Bully: You think you can be great, because you belonged from a dead knight.

Guy: Hey Cassius! Don't say that!

Cassius: Shut up loser! You're so weak to lose against that pretty face.

Alexander: (With tilted head) What did you say about my father?

Cassius: What's up? Are you angry?

Alexander: (Angry) Respect my father memory!

Cassius: What? (Taking a sword) Wanna fight?

Guy: Hey! Don't too far! The masters will be angry if you fight with lethal weapons!

Cassius: I'll show this pretty boy about true power.

Cassius run and attacked Alexander with the sword. But Alexander used his sword to defend himself. Then he disarmed Cassius with a slash.

Cassius: No way!

Suddenly Alexander punched him very hard on his face, nearly knocking him.

Alexander: Your power is lame! This is power!

Guy: Alexander, that was incredible. But you'll have trouble if you fight more.

Alexander: Yeah, he's not worthy to fight.

Then Cassius stood up and grabbed his sword.

Cassius: You bastard!

He run to attack Alexander but suddenly a mysterious guy with black hair appeared in the middle.

Mysterious guy: (Knocking Cassius with his arm) Learn your place, asshole!

Cassius: (Fainting) Damn!

Alexander: Hey, thanks for that but that wasn't necessary.

Mysterious guy: There are guys who are jealous of your skills. They need to learn to respect the winners.

Alexander: Thanks.

Mysterious guy: No problem. I'm Demitri.

Alexander: Hi, I'm Alexander Drake.

Alexander's voice: That's the time I met… one of my enemies.

Some days later; the Knight Academy was having a reunion; with other members from the Magic Academy.

A master was giving a speech in front of knight members. Alexander was with other young members, along with Demitri.

Master: Alright everyone. Today is the day when we'll form the teams of knight and wizard, to protect our Knigdom. Be ready to know your partner.

Alexander: I wonder who would be my partner?

The master began to form teams by calling a knight member and a wizard member. At other side; the wizards members were waiting being called. Cassandra was with females members.

Girl 1: I trained by years to be a member of the Kingdom army.

Girl 2: I hope my partner is a handsome boy!

Girl 3: What about you, Cassandra?

Cassandra: I don't think I need a knight as my partner.

Girl 1: What? Why?

Cassandra: Because my rival is here, I hope she had a stupid guy.

Girl 2: Your rival?

Cassandra: That girl, Helena Feuerborn.

It's seen Helena with the wizard members, she seems calmed.

After forming teams; Alexander was boring for waiting a lot.

Master: And now, for the last team. Our King, decided to team up the highest rank members for each academy to be the troops! From the Knight Academy, Alexander Drake! And his partner from the Magic Academy Helena Feuerborn!

Alexander was surprised to hear his partner. Also Helena was little happy.

Alexander: Me and Helena as a team?

Helena walked to meet Alexander.

Helena: It looks like we'll be a team, Alexander.

Alexander: (Smiling a little) Yeah.

Guy 1: What? Why he's with a beautiful girl?

Guy 2: It's not fair! We had normal girls!

Guy 3: And mine is a guy!

Master: Quiet! You didn't know? Helena is the daughter of Feuerborn clan. One of the greatest wizard clan. So the right is join the best to lead the troops. So accept it!

Girl 1: No way! That handsome boy is with Helena?

Girl 2: Yeah my partner seems weak.

Girl 3: Too bad, your rival seems getting that blonde boy. Cassandra you were wrong.

Cassandra: (In shock to see them together) No! That boy… I met him before… why he's with my friend and rival…

Master: There are still more wizard members but they will form tomorrow, so the missing knight members, be patients.

At next day; Alexander was walking in the Academy as seeing other members getting their partners.

Alexander: Well, it looks like everyone have their teams.

Then a pink-haired teenager came to him. It was princess Hestia.

Hestia: Hi, Alexander.

Alexander: Princess Hestia.

Hestia: It seems my father fullfil his goal. Forming the next generation army.

Alexander: Yes, soon we'll be in a training battle with real beasts.

Hestia: Okey, good luck. I'll cheer you up.

Alexander: And to you to be the next queen in the Kingdom.

Hestia: Yeah, my father is worried about my future, so I have to receive more royal lessons.

Then the Academy master and the members were in a forest.

Master: Okey everyone we'll be in a real battle. The other masters will bring some wild wolves. If you are in danger, we'll take actions to save you. Show the power of our Kingdom, don't disappoint our King. Specially our princess Hestia!

Then a wolves horde appeared and attack the young knights and wizards. The pair teams were using their skills to win.

Alexander: Here we go!

Helena: Let's show everyone what we are made of!

The team of Alexander and Helena was facing the wolves and beat them with a great skill. The other members were amazed to see them defeating more wolves than them.

Master: I wonder how many wolves we brought?

Female master: Oh no! I think there many to handle. We must help the members…

Suddenly more wolves arrived and attacked the members. Alexander and Helena realized the big hordes. Then they decided to face them.

Alexander: Let's stop those monsters!

Helena: Yeah!

Then Alexander used his sword to slash the wolves, and Helena used flame magic to burn the rest of the wolves. Everyone were amazed to see how they eliminate the big horde of wolves.

Boy 1: Wow! Those two are incredible!

Boy 2: As expected from the greatest rank!

Demitri: Yeah, Alexander is the son of one of the bravest knights.

Wizard: Sorry Demitri, I used too much mana to win.

Demitri: It's okey Clyde. We'll do it better next time.

Clyde: Yeah, I'm your partner. I won't fail next time.

Girl 1: That was a difficult test.

Girl 2: Where's Cassandra? Why she didn't came to the training?

Girl 3: She said she didn't want a partner. So the master accept her request.

Girl 1: I feel sorry for her.

Alexander and Helena were happy and gave five to them.

Alexander: Good!

Helena: That's right, my partner!

Female master: (Coming to them) Good job, as expected of one of my best students. Helena.

Helena: Master Raven! You saw my skills?

Raven: Sure, your magic attacks were great.

Helena: Really? My family trained me to use flame attacks.

Raven: I would like to visit your home and talk to your parents about your progress.

Helena: Yeah, they will like to talk with one of the greatest masters of magic.

Raven: And you must be Alexander Drake. You got the highest rank in Knight skills.

Alexander: Yes.

Raven: Good look in this, Alexander.

Some days later, at the town; Cassandra was walking.

Cassandra: I'm sure that guy, Alexander Drake… he's the boy who saved me in the Enchanted forest. I must admit he's handsome. (Blushing a little) Am I in love? But he's with my friend Helena.

Then Cassandra saw Alexander was walking. She wanted to talk with him but suddenly she saw Helena was coming to him. Then they were walking as talking, Helena was giggling a little.

Cassandra: Why? Why she's with the boy I loved before. (Little upset) If I were the high rank in magic, I could have been his partner, damn!

At other day; Alexander was walking with a cape and sword.

Alexander: Helena seems great, better than before.

Suddenly a girl in wizard disguise appeared and attack him with her long stick.

Alexander: What the…? Who are you?

The girl had her face covered and her eyes are seen.

Alexander: Hey! Stop!

Alexander took his sword and defend himself from her attacks.

Alexander: That skill, it looks like Helena's! (The girl realized what he said) Helena?

Girl: You're wrong!

The girl used flame arrows. Alexander blocked them with his sword then he run and hit the girl with a shoulder attack. The girl fell.

Alexander: Enough! Who are you?

Girl: He! We'll see again.

Then the girl shot a fireball, which create smoke, blinding him. After that; the girl disappeared.

Alexander: Great, I mastered to fight a wizard.

At other side, the girl removed a part of her disguise on her face, revealing she was Cassandra.

Cassandra: Wow! He's good in fighting hand by hand. I must be careful next time I see him.

At other day; Alexander and Helena were walking in the town.

Alexander: My knight training was good. I'm becoming stronger.

Helena: Also my magic is becoming powerful, my family will be proud of my skills.

Alexander: You told me you were training in a far away country. How was that?

Helena: It was tough. My family met a race who are masters of magic. Elves.

Alexander: Elves? But I thought that race was extingued!

Helena: They are only few family of their race. They are hide because many men hunted them to learn their magic power. They disliked that idea so they live in secret buried areas. My family swore for not revealing their location. (Imagining what she said)

Alexander: Wow! And to think I saw many strange races.

Helena: They were good people to share some of their knowledge.

Alexander: We need more than magic. Also strengh.

Helena: Oh yeah? Are you those men who think brute force is better than mind?

Alexander: (Little upset) Are you mocking me, lady?

Helena: (Little upset) Yeah, mindless muscles.

They were funny angry.

Alexander: (In that state) What's up with that attitude?

Helena: (In that state) Don't blame knowledge for not being strong!

They were angry but then they calmed.

Alexander: I forgot the time we discussed.

Helena: Yes, when we were kids.

Alexander: Also that time before you leave and then you… (Blushed) you know…

Helena: (Blushed) We kissed… well, I thought we never meet again…

Alexander: Okey, what an answer.

Helena: Teehee! You were the only man I ever kiss. Be fortunate.

Alexander: Well, thanks. Let's eat something before return to Academy.

Alexander kept walking as Helena was following him.

Helena: (Thinking) "Being with Alexander is fine. It looks like we are in a date. I wonder What he thinks if we start a relationship"

Alexander: Helena! There are tasty breads! Try some!

Helena: Yes!

At next day; Alexander and the members of Academy were reunited in front of some elder knights.

Knight: Listen young people, we'll going to a battlefield against those evil groups, the Dark Knights. We need all your potential to defeat them. I'm sure they will use mythical creatures, that's why we'll need the help of wizards. Work in teams and we will achieve the victory. Now go!

Alexander: Well, I have to demonstrate I can be real knight like my father.

Helena: I wonder where's Cassandra? She was selected as high rank wizard like me.

At night in a field; the young people were camping. Alexander was on a cliff as watching the night sky with stars.

Alexander: Father, mother. I will show I'm a great knight.

Then Helena arrived to him.

Helena: Alexander? What are you doing?

Alexander: Helena. I was just thinking about the real battle we will have tomorrow.

Helena: Are you nervous?

Alexander: No, I was little worried. But what about you?

Helena: I came to see you. I was little worried for you.

Alexander: (Little blushed) Eh?

Helena: Am I bothering you?

Alexander: No! I was happy to hear you. Ah! No! I meant… ah…

Helena: (Giggling) Hehehe! Alexander, you don't seem to interact with girls before.

Alexander: Well, no. I was just focused in training.

Helena: It's okey, I didn't interact with many boys.

Alexander: Really? I meant! I didn't know.

Helena: (Little blushed) Did you fall in love with someone before?

Alexander: No. I didn't care about love. (Thinking) "Neither with you or that girl I met in Enchanted forest years ago" (To reality) I was just thinking in becoming a knight to one day defeat the monster which killed my parents. I swore to my parents.

Helena: Okey, so let's get along, partner.

Alexander: (Smiling a little) Yes.

At next day; the knights and wizards arrived to a rocky area, then the Dark knights appeared, they were armed with heavy arsenal.

Dark knight 1: Well look! The King is lacking of knights so he sent babies to face us?

Dark knight 2: And what are they going to do? Hit us with toy swords?

The Dark knights mocked Alexander and the others.

Master: Don't be scared. Remember you had trained with the dangerous beasts.

Alexander: We have to face that danger, are you ready Helena?

Helena: Of course!

Master: Okey everyone. Let's finish their menaces!

Alexander: Alright, fight!

Alexander and other teams run to attack. The Dark Knights attacked with lethal weaponries. The knights used their swords and wizards magic attacks. It was difficult for the young knights, some of them were very injured and some wizard used healing magic.

Alexander and Helena kept fighting as team, even they could destroyed some arsenal from the Dark knights.

Dark knight 1: What's going on? Our men beat many knights but there's one who's fighting more than the others!

Dark knight 2: He looks familiar.

Dark knight 1: Enough! Send some of our monsters!

During the battle, Alexander and Helena were surrounded by monsters, they were back in back to face them.

Alexander: Damn! Our partners are wounded to fight, we'll have to occupied of this!

Helena: Agreed. Let's show them why we are the greatest Knight and Sorceress!

They run and began to attack using their special skills. The monsters were too strong for them. They felt exhausted.

Helena: (Worried) This is too much for only two of us!

Alexander: Don't give up! Let's discover our best moves!

Alexander took his sword and was covered in flames.

Alexander: Burning sword!

Alexander used his move to burn some monsters

Helena: If you can do it, me too!

Taking her stick, then using magic her clothes transformed into a revealing one with cloak and hood.

Alexander: Helena!

Helena: Take that! Flame daggers!

She summoned some flame daggers and destroyed the rest of the monsters.

It was a though battle but at the end they won.

Dark knight 2: No way! Those two… aren't ordinary kids!

Dark knight 1: Damn it! Retrieve for now!

The rest of Dark knights escaped.

Knight 1: Great! We did it!

Knight 2: Our first victory!

Master: No our, it's their victory. Percival's son and his friend.

Alexander seemed exhausted like Helena. He removed his helmet.

Alexander: (Little blushed) Helena, what kind of costume is that?

Helena: (Blushed and covered with her arms) Ah! So this is the costume of a sorceress! Why my family never mentioned this before!

Alexander: But… we… won…

Helena: (Smiling a little) Yeah… it's only the beginning…

The other knights came to them to celebrate the victory.

Alexander: We won, but there will be other war, so we must be ready!

Helena: Yeah, we must prepare other teams for next war.

Alexander's voice: It was difficult but we were able to defeat those Dark Knights and its monsters. I thought It will be over, but some days later, my greatest nightmare came. The Millennium Dragon had risen again.
