On the seventh day, the Spinning Core shrunk once more, now to the size of a walnut. This Spinning Core was not much larger than that of an ordinary martial artist, but the total amount of true essence within it was many times greater than that of an ordinary martial artist!

On the eighth day of core formation, Luo Meng's spinning core was exactly the same size as that of an ordinary martial artist, except that the internal energy was several times greater.

Compared to the Spinning Core of an ordinary martial artist, the Spinning Core inside Luo Meng's dantian had a much darker tone and also rotated several times faster.
