The Following day after the little drama yesterday Tatsuya fell into depression, for no reason he felt down being rejected by a girl he had no interest in, he couldn't tell if it was love or some mixed feelings. After all a legend once said.

"Haannn…i feel like i just broke up what the fuck" Tatsuya rolls himself on the cart in annoyance. He was on his way to Mizukiri, and in order to save cost he had to follow a travelling merchant as a body guard.

"Oi youngman you have to stop, or you'll break my cart" The Old Merchant riding the horse

"You won't understand old man" Tatsuya daid grumpily

"Haa that face, it's a woman right?" The man asked

"Yeah"

"Hahaha i knew it, let me give you a piece of advice young man, the time you'll realise that mingling with that gender is a waste of time and resources the better for you. You are young, pursue money, and stop pursuing women, when you make money they'll come around you like birds perching on bread hahaha" The Merchant said

"Tell me old man, how can i get rich?" Tatsuya sits down cross legged looking at the man

"Hmmm…my father once said, They are three ways of getting rich, You either Inherit it, You steal it, Or you work really really hard for it" The man said with his shoulders up, he was really proud of his father.

"Ohh?? You have a good man as you father old man"

"I know right, he thought me the way of the Merchant, not i have the biggest and the best linen and attire selling industryn, I have companies round the Himari and Iga province" The Merchants pumps his chest

"Awesome. Then how come you are traveling alone"

"Well that's a long story, We were transporting a huge amount of clothing materials until a huge storm struck us, we lost half of our goods and man power, it was awful" The man cried

"That's bad…i feel you pain Old man" Tatsuya sighs

And the two continued their journey to Mizukiri chatting and talking.

A few hours later they had arrived, Tatsuya went straight to the ramen shop where he met that young beautiful waitress, but as he approached the shop it was closed, as if it had been closed for some months now

"I'll go to the village head's place then, I'm sure Alex is there" Tatsuya heads to the village head's place

The house was small but yet okay for one oerson to stay, Tatsuya was treated with respect and the best service was to him, after the village and indebted to him and Division 8 for saving them from the hands of the pirates.

They chatted and explained pleasantries for a while, then thw environment went gloomy as Tatsuya brought up the topic of the Ramen shop and Alex whereabouts.

"It took her, it took them" Was the responds of the old man

"What do you mean" Tatsuya asked

"Women and children go missing almost every night, we don't know the reason, we've tried to stop it, to fight against it but it was to powerful it killed five of our young strong men" The man tone was saddend

Tatsuya felt down for a moment remembering when Alex urged him to teach him how to fight, if he had taught him, maybe he could have survived

"Don't worry village head sir, that's why I'm here today" Tatsuya removed his katana from his scabbard and showed him the kanji character for "Destroy" on his katana

"I'll be slaying the Demon tonight" Tatsuya showed him a reassuring smile

"If there is anything, anything at all to help you let me know"

"Sure, there is a little you can do" Tatsuya smiles

"A little…"

Later that day in the evening, Tatsuya was laying down on the futon facing the ceiling.

"Haaa…nothing beats the feeling of having a roof above your head" Tatsuya sighs

"Its getting late Tatsuya-sama, we should get going" Hanabi flaps her wings on his face

"Hai hai…" Tatsuya drags himself up gets his katana ready

"Lets go"

It was now very late and everyone had gone asleep, Tatsuya and Hinabi patrolled the village. After some minutes of walking no demon was spotted, it became tiring for Tatsuya and Hinabi, they decided to head back to the house.

Just as Tatsuya stepped foot into the house, a cold chill ran through his spin as an intense aura struck him.

"Oi Hinabi, get the Village chief to evacuate everyone!!!" Tatsuya shouts

"Yes…" Hinabi flies off to the village heads house

"Shit is about to go down" Tatsuya follows his spatial awareness and locates the Demon.

The Demon had a human figure, it was big, bigger than Tatsuya and green in color, it's face was rough and humanly unrecognisable. The demon was about to break in into a house, supriseinly it was sneaky even with it's huge body.

"Oi, Stop right there" Tatsuya shouts getting the attention of the Demon

'Damn i sound like a cop'

"Hmm…" The Demon turns back and sees Tatsuya. The Demon began to shiver and shake in fear upon looking at him. Tatsuya was very confuse and didn't know what was going on

"It's you…finally it's you, after waiting for so long, i get to see you again" The demon said as he shaked in fear

"I'm sorry, do i know you" Tatsuya asked

"How, how do you forget so easily, how can you forget that day, the day you ruined my life at that ramen shop, you disgraced me, rubbed my face on the flooor, i couldn't face Big Boss anymore, you ruined me, you ruined my life, i was powerless very powerless until i met him, he was kind and gracious to me, he even gave me his blood, he gave me strength and gave me a purpose to live"

"Which is??"

"To fight"

"Ohhh…well then…" Tatsuya runs at him and appeared beside him close to his neck to end the fight in one go

*clank

Tatsuya's katana jams a gun that sprang out from his neck

"Fuck.."

Tatsuya jumps back and ran to the back of a house to avoid the three bullet the demon shot, the bullet scathered the part of the building.

"That was a close one"

Tatsuya made a satisfactory sigh. Tatsuya hears a scream as a young girl runs out from the house opposite them, she was close to the Demon and far from Tatsuya, but Tatsuya didn't give up he dash towards the woman and stood in front of her. The Demon shot at them but Tatsuya easily deflect the bullet

"On the count of two run, one…two run!!!" Tatsuya shouts, the young girl was in shock but her body was still able to keep up, she ran away as fast as possible.

"Haa….I've finally connected the dots, you the guy from that day, i beat you up with your gang so bad" Tatsuya smiles

"Yeah and I'm here to make you pay for that"

A burst of air wave pushes Tatsuya away and small kitchen knives shot out from the body and flew towards Tatsuya.

Tatsuya skillfully parried the knifes and lands on the roof of the building. He kick towards the Demon and launched attack after attack slash after slash the Demon used his hand as a weapon and punched at the attacks blocking them all

'This is getting bad' Tatsuya began breathing roughly, he was approaching his limit.

Tatsuya leaps back to take a break and catch a breath before going for another round, but the Demon gave him no time for that and rushed at him

Tatsuya was slow to counter so he focused on blocking the punch attack, the demon went straight for his guts and punch Tatsuya real hard but Tatsuya katana came in the way of the punch but even still the punnch sent him flying far away crashing and breaking through houses and buildings.

Tatsuya crashed at the last house and came to a stop, Tatsuya was messed up, he was drenched in sweat and blood.

"Neh neh, where are you bastard!!" The demon raged as he searched for Tatsuya, he followed the direction he had sent Tatsuya flying through and came in front of the last house Tatsuya crashed unto.

"Neh bastard where the fuck are you…"

"Right here fatso" Tatsuya jumbs of the debris with a pair of woods in his left and right hand and his katana he held with his teeth. He went straight for the face and stabs the wood in the eyes

The demon screamed in pain, and was about to bring out some set of weapons from its body.

"No i won't let you"

Tatsuya grabs his Katana and immediately beheaded the Demon. The demon head rolls on the floor as he screamed and cried his eyes out

Tatsuya fell on the floor in exhaustion and looked at the agonising Demon

"Oi, Demon…" Tatsuya called its attention

"I'm sorry fo treating like trash…" Tatsuya passed out the in the process
