Real or Dream?

Kenichi was made as a sister by the woman who saved him. The woman loved Kenichi more than anything. Maybe because they are both alone, so they feel they can depend on each other. And Kenichi is really grateful to have a brother as good as Zenkyo in his life.

"Hey, why are you daydreaming, huh? Hurry up and carry Takumi! I'm late for work," the beautiful woman ordered to Kenichi.

"But, I haven't showered yet, Nee-chan!" Kenichi complained. He pursed his lips.

"Are, I'll take a shower later when Taku is asleep. Ah yes, don't forget to change Taku's diapers every 3 hours. Make him formula milk every 2 hours!" Kenichi's adoptive sister orders, Zenkyo's name.

"Yes, yes! You talkative sister!" Kenichi grumbled.

"It's not a fuss, Ken. You know Takumi is the only reason my brother has survived this long besides you, um?" Zenkyo said. There was sadness in his eyes.

"Yes, I understand my beautiful sister." Kenichi immediately took Takumi from his sister's arms before he was scolded any longer.

"Remember, Ken! If you can't take care of Takumi, then I'll take him wherever I go!"

Big sister's words at this time sounded so terrible to Kenichi's ears.

And he saw his sister's smile suddenly faded. What is this really? Kenichi asked himself.

"If you can't take care of Takumi, I will take him, Ken!" Zenkyo said.

"I will bring Takumi, Kenichi!" Zenkyo chirped back.

"Why, Sis? I really promise to take care of him, even if I have to risk my life." Kenichi tried to convince.

"Takumi will be with you wherever you are, Ken. Remember that!" Zenkyo whispered back.

Kenichi really did not understand the meaning of his sister's words. He felt that his words were so painful.

'What did you mean by what you just said? He always mentions 'bringing Takumi'. Indeed, where are they going?' Kenichi thought.

And just after messing around like that, Zenkyo disappeared along with ....

"TAKU-CHAN! DON'T GO!" Kenichi shouted with all his might.

He got up nervously and looked around. "Hosh! Hosh! What happened just now?" he raved.

Kenichi took a deep breath to stabilize it. He looked around again. He is in the hospital ward.

Kenichi frowned then muttered, "How come?

Wait a minute, so which dream is it really? I'm so confused. My head is still a little dizzy too," he complained as he clutched his head.

Kenichi tried to remember everything that happened. Ah, that was just a dream. Ah yes, he just realized something. He got up and ran towards the door shouting, "Where's Takumi? Where is he now?"

The door opened from the outside before Kenichi reached the threshold. From the direction of the door, Kevin stood who looked surprised too.
