Chapter 13 Test Part 2

In front of me was a deep dark cave, and from it, I could hear some sort of noise. After the writing exam now was a long wait for the physical exam, thanks to our condition right now the company chose the exam as clearing a dungeon. Miss Celestine will be the examiner for this exam again, and she will record my process to clear the dungeon.

After she explained the exam rules, she guided me to the training ground. Suddenly, when I was in the training ground it changed to become an entrance to a cave. From the cave, I could hear the noise. then I grabbed my sword for exam purposes and went to the cave.

after I went in, I grabbed the lantern that was given to me and lit my surroundings. What I could see was nothing but the cave wall that was full of cracks here and there, It looked like the crack was formed by slashing a sharp object. I deduced that the creature in the cave has the intelligence to use a human weapon, but their intelligence is not enough to understand the concept of using their weapon carefully. I grabbed the hilt of my sword strongly and put my back against the wall, walking carefully forward while watching the surroundings from any kind of trap. After walking for several minutes, I could see two branches of the path one of them was lit up. I went to the branch that was not lit up held up my weapon, and took a stance for combat.

Then I heard several noises coming to my direction, I put off the lantern in my hand. After that, I used 'Enchantment' to give me a night-vision. After several minutes of waiting, I could see three goblins one was using a club, and two others using a short sword. I take them down there will be a possibility that goblins from the other branches will come to my direction. And not only that they will likely be some sort of guard patrolling, and the real force was still in behind them.

After formulating what I should do, I 'enchant' my aura to blend my body with my surroundings. Then went behind the three goblins, after I couldn't see them behind me I canceled my 'stealth'. With a slow pace of walking scared of making noise, I could see a room. It looked like it was their common sleeping room, I could see some goblins that were still sleeping. Without much more to do I kill all of the goblins, hold their stinky mouth with my hand, and stab their throat. Even though I had to make sure that I was silenced in killing them, some goblins woke up. Three unarmed goblins were waking up, I picked one gobllin with my hand and threw them at the other two goblins. Thanks to the collision, I slay the three goblins.

"agh!!!...aghh!!!...Aghhh!!!...Aghhh."

"Ugh!!!... ahh!!!...ugh ahh!!!..."

"agghhh!!!...aggghhhhh!!!..."

They try their best to call for help, but unfortunately for them, the patrolling goblins have gone too far from their place. After killing all of the goblins and using their blood to blend with their smell, 'it stinks!?!?'

After some *Hard work* to try to put their blood in me, I put the corpse in the position where they were sleeping. And wait in silence near the entrance.

after several minutes of waiting, Then came the three goblins that were patrolling. They shriek to inform the changing of the patrolling shift, but still, they don't wake up. One goblin that was using a club tried to wake up the other goblins, he tried to shake off their body. But the head of the goblin suddenly rolled off his body.

"arrrggghhhhh!"

All the goblins become terrified of what just happened, and at that moment that the goblins were terrified-

*shunk*

The goblins could hear the sound of stabbing, and they all saw where the source coming from. One of the goblins that used a short sword was stabbed by a sword, and then from behind the goblins, they could see a dark-haired man. The goblin that was stabbed, looks at the sword and blood that gushing out from it. He then died.

"Arrrgggghhh!!!"

The other sword-short goblins try their best to grab their sword, but-

*Swussh*

Suddenly something came to him, he tried to react to it hastily wielding his sword and swinging-

*Swush*

But what he was slashing was the corpse of the other goblins, Chandra from the unguarded side of the goblin. Stabbed him in his chest, the look of disbelief was showcased in his expression.

After seeing his comrade who died, the one goblin that was left took a handful of gravel. Then he throws it to Chandra, trying to block his vision. But-

*Swush*

He suddenly could hear the sound of something coming his way, knowing and preparing that Chandra would be throwing a corpse at him. He dodged it to his left side, but suddenly-

*Swush*

Not knowing what is happening, after all, he thinks he doesn't have anything to throw. But then he sees, that the thing that coming to him is his brother's corpse. Still in shock, he tries his best to do it.

*shunk*

Then suddenly, he felt that his heart was being stabbed. He looks behind the corpses of his brother, he sees Chandra holding a sword and stabbing at his heart. Then he saw the first thing that he threw at him, it was a stone pebble. Now the goblin understands, that when he throws him gravel he has seen that. And threw a pebble that he was preparing at his hand to make him dodge it, after he dodge it the man sent his brother's corpse to make him unguarded. And then stabbed him when he was unguarded. He then sees that man's eyes, his eyes are full of nothingness, there was no joy in his victory, is like... Like... Like the result that he predicted.

"kekekeke...kekekeke...kekeke.."

He laughed in despair, knowing that every action that he took was meaningless. Every action that he took was nothing more than a dance in that man's hand. He knows the true meaning of disparity.
