MARTHA GIVES RUFUS THE NEWS

"You know me Son, walking from one place to another."

"Granny, do you need a ride home?"

"Oh child, thank you," Rufus, notice how she looks at Courtney, "Oh my child, you are scared and you have every right to."

Wanting so much to say how happy she was to see her but said, "Just be careful on the beach, and the thought you had this morning while you were on the beach, it is the right thing to overcome that evil."

"What are you talking about Granny?"

"Child, the Dawson's had been battling that force for centuries and it has been dormant for thirty-three years, but it has been awakened once more.

Remember this, your prayer has power, and what I have told you before, about what you have thought up this morning on the beach, will give you the victory over this evil.

And child I know you think you can run away from this Island but anywhere you tries to run, it will follow you."

Watching Courtney kneeling before Martha, "Granny, I am so afraid and I don't know what to do."

"I know love, but the two times you have encountered that evil, you defeated it the both times."

"Yes, but Granny it was stronger the second time."

Watching how lovingly Martha touches her shoulder, "I know child, and every time you encounter it, it will become stronger and stronger as the months goes by, but you will have the answer to the problem."

"Good, and now that I have met you, I have to be in prayer."

"Can I drop you now at your home Granny?"

"No, my child, but I have been looking for you."

"But why Granny?"

"I needed to see the person who has awaken that evil force after so many years."

"I am so sorry Granny, but I must thank you, Granny, I thought I was going out of my mind and no one would believe me if I tell them."

"Just be careful, and remember I will always have you in my prayer."

Watching her drive away, seeing how scared she was, 'But how did Martha know Courtney was at the beach this morning?'

Hearing Martha instructing her to be careful, 'Oh God, is she in danger?' When Martha held his hand, "Son, your wife needs you, your Son life is in grave danger."

"Martha, what are you talking about?"

"Son, the force that has been following your wife has sensed the conception. I know you have been hiding this from your family, and that is good, but you must keep praying for her.

She has no idea of this news, and if I had told her, she would have become more scared. That's why I didn't tell her about the baby.

Son, that evil force has come for the baby, but she knows how to pray."

"Martha, I don't understand?"

"Son, every woman that was giving birth to a Dawson heir went through this fight. But this time it will be defeated."

"Martha, I am baffled by what you are saying, please help me to understand what you are talking about?"

"Son, the Dawson was the first family to reside in this Island, when they first came to live here this evil spirit used to roam this Island, this is his home.

Courtney locking the doors, then took a seal bottle of olive oil from the kitchen, and went to Mom's room, and took her bible.

In her room once again she took a bath and change. After reading the bible, Courtney lift the oil up and prayed.

"Lord, I don't have access or means to a Minister in this Island.With Your authority and Your anointing, I bless this oil in your presence lifting it to You asking Your blessing in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Lord, let your anointing flow that everywhere I touch, it will be a sealing agent, a shield and hedge of protection, braking yolks and evil forces that may surrounds me.

Lord I ask that it be brought to naught, and I thank you for showing me what to do, in Jesus name, amen."

Taking the oil seeing that the place was still clear, Courtney poured oil around the outside of the house, then apply it on the walls, doors, windows, her bed and over her body.

Placing a torchlight under her pillow, a lantern, and the match by the bed head. Wondering how the current is generated in the house.

Having no choice, 'I will just have to ask Rufus to help, now that Pappie and Mom's aren't home. I have to be prepared for anything.'

Eating her dinner then relax in the room reading. Being awaken by the constant knocking on the door wondering who could it be? Opening her eyes seeing the room in total darkness, sitting upright.
