The Light and the Dark Part 1

I wasn't even hungry at breakfast, so I just pushed my breakfast away from me and rested my head on the table. "Rena are you ok? You need to eat something or you're not able to focus today," Aura said looking at me. "I'm fine, I'm just not hungry right now," I said sounding a little upset. Carly keep on looking around then she said, "Has anyone seen Scarlet?" I remembered Scarlet was with us until she had to quickly go back to the dorm for something. All of a sudden something inside me told me to run somewhere, so I did with my friends following behind me.

What I saw scared me... Scarlet was on the floor injured along with the leader who was the one who picked on Alana also injured and on the floor. A huge group of werewolves and shadow wolves surrounding them about to finish them off. I quickly rushed in and I heard my friends behind me yelled, "RENA!!" When they were about to be near them, I yelled out, "NO!!" before a burst of light exploded from within me. The whole entrance lobby was filled with light and when I hit the floor I blacked out.

All I can see was fog when I opened my eyes again. I stood up and saw I was wearing a red kimono with white on the edges of the sleeves and the pants legs. Also a bow in the back which was a nice touch and my hair was down as well. Soon I heard someone coughed, so I went to where the coughing was coming from. Once I founded it, I saw an unconscious Carly and I shook her awake.

Carly woke up and said in her tired voice, "Rena whatda happened? Where are the others?" Afterwards we saw our friends waking up and looked confused just like me and Carly. I quickly started looking for some branches for some torches, while the others helped Scarlet with the unconscious werewolf leader. The good thing was Carly had a lighter with her, so I was able to light the three torches I made and I found my bag which had Z in it. I handed a torch to Alana, a torch to Aura and I held the last torch, while Carly and Scarlet hoisted the leader onto their shoulders.

"This place gives me the creeps guys. I wonder where we are?" I said looking at the rest of the dark spooky forest, while we walked on the unknown path. "This place looks kinda cool!!" Kelly said which made us stopped and looked at her since half of us were already creep out by the surroundings. "Of course you think it's cool because you're not even scared of the surroundings," I said continuing our group into the darkness of the forest. Just then I started to hear something, which made me and the others stop. I looked down and a black snake coiled up my leg then it struck at my arm that was carrying the touch.

I dropped my torch which hit the snake killing it as I held onto my arm in pain, while I clasped onto the ground. When I pulled back the cloth on my arm, I saw my arm bleeding black blood and the skin was already turning purple from the poison. "RENA!?!" my friends yelled in panic as they rushed over to me. I felt very sick to my stomach from the poison and I was fading in and out of consciousness. Soon enough there were more black snakes, but as they were coming closer I silently said, "Werewolf..." Then I fainted onto the ground. I couldn't hear their screams anymore... was I dead?
