Chapter Twelve_Suspicious

It was raining slightly, and everywhere felt damp and crampy.

Detective Kesley stood up from his swivel seat, and stretched leisurely.

His tired bones groaned, and cracked in happy release.

He had been making and receiving calls all day, while his dark brown eyes ran carefully through the faces on the security cam feed, he had obtained from the security men at the beach.

He had also commenced tracking of the two bullets he extracted, from the crime scene.

So far, he had been getting a little heads-up, but still not much to make him fire up in excitement.

The Fourth Bay Police Chief called him last night, and told him that he was still on the case of the late Mr. Turner, despite the fact that the Federal authorities have now been called in.

Detective Kesley had a deep feeling, that it was the same person that killed the late man, and the Petroleum Minister.

But sometimes, it feels like he had been writing with a pen that had no ink.
